    I took my car in to get a ty-tod replaced then I was told my car wouldn't stay running. It ran and started up just fine before I took it in. Whatever they screwed up, they won't admit to it and so now I'm stuck with a car that won't run. I will never do business with uftring again. I have bought all my cars through them and they just lost me as a customer.

    I have purchased 3 vehicles from here now and just want to say how absolutely happy i am with every one of my purchases! And how absolutely amazing this whole staff here is at patiently working with us even on their days off like Phil Clemmer did for me and my fiance with are latest purchase of our 2014 Mitsubishi outlander sport! My fiance has a 15yr old sever developmental delayed autistic son and Mr.Phil Clemmer went absolutely above and beyond for my fiance and helped us getting in to a vehicle that would help and fit the better needs of our son as well as whole family. Trisha and I could not be more pleased with our new vehicle and at a unbeatable price. Thank you again to the whole Uftring Weston family and a special thank you to Phil Clemmer! You ROCK! We will defiantly be back in the near future for our next purchase! Also a Big thank you to Ian Lott for working really hard with the banks to get us in to this amazing deal an educating us on how the financing all works and what would be best for us now as in the future.

    This was our second purchase with Weston-Uftring! Both experience were A+ experiences. Our salesman , Pat McDaniels, took the time to get to know us personally. When I called him to tell him we were ready to trade and what we were looking for. He found a vehicle I hadn't even really considered, had it brought to dealership within a day, the deal done very quickly! We did no searching. We are happy with his choice for us! Besides Pat, the second reason for returning to Weaton-Uftring is the top notch service department. During the three years we owned previous vehicle we had repairs that needed to be done. Our team leader Dave , handled every visit perfectly and we felt like we mattered!

    My husband and I went to Uftring Weston to trade vehicles yesterday. We had worked with Scott McClintock on our last purchase. He is so knowledgeable and nice to work with! Unfortunately Scott was not working. So--- we purchased our second vehicle from Uftring Weston using Phil Clemmer as our salesman. We had a great experience purchasing our 2016 Equinox! Phil is so pleasant to work with! He made buying a vehicle fun😃! We also worked with Curt Crozier and enjoyed him immensely too! Recommend both Phil, Scott, and Curt!

    I knew the used car I wanted to find a Caddy CTS-V with Low Mileage. Ultimatly, the car I found was in the Uftring Weston inventory of used cars, there were others around the country but this one was the closes to my wife and my liking but the price was higher than our budget. Being a resident of Michigan saw some in a few dealerships and indiviuals sales opportunities an ruled them out. Thus, when I called Uftring I was assigned Ken Dickson. He was very thorough in explaining the car we desired and together went through the ad points of interest and photos. He was very passionate to want to help us and to include making a sale for car which was in inventory for over 200 days. We negociated over 2 weeks with him checking with management and my wife and I trying to find a little more money. Being a Senior we only wanted to pay cash for the car do to knowing our monthly income and current bills. We've been saving over 10 years to get a 'Fair Weather' car not a daily driver. Thus, He assured me I would like the car to include all available documentation, we came to and agreement and I bought the car. Gave him a down payment to take the car off the market. Then, ultimately bank wired the entire amount of the car after I checked several sources and BBB and he said, if I did not want to Purchase the car after viewing they would return all my Money. I flew to Peoria IL the following week was very nervous, Ken picked me up at the Airport, I reviewed the car and took it for a ride with Ken, afterwards I said let's finish this transaction I told them I was interested in a warranty, He and Curt the Finance guy agreed, Curt reviewed all plans with me and I purchased one. I was done with all in 2 hours and drove Home to Michigan. All and All I feel the entire association from point of contact to sale, was great and truth full by all at Uftring personnel, to include contacts by Customer Relations group. It's been a week or so, we love the car and I feel a very win /win experience. Thank You!!!!
