Contacted them multiple times. Got one response that only answered one of my questions and then never heard from them again after replying to that email. I've sent more contact requests through cars.com and gotten no response. I've been trying on and off since around June 20th. I tried the number and it rang forever and then said something about the number being invalid. I would have loved to test drive the van that we were looking at, but was never able to set anything up. We live almost 2 hours away, so we weren't going to drive there to try in person after so many attempts to contact them.

Heartless liars who rip off good people

These people have no souls. Do NOT ever buy anything from them. Purchased a used car for new 16-year-old driver... car had been wrecked, many issues including wheel bearing broken, transmission, missing grill shutter, bad radiator hose
