Good transparent dealership. For me, service is key, and Jonathan has done a great job helping me to choose a suitable car. I needed a wagon-type car and... I decided to go for an Audi. It’s a rather expensive car but the financing rates are so low there that I can easily afford it. Highly recommended
A month ago my wife and I went to look at the GMC Acadia advertised at their partner dealership, M Sport Motor Car Company, and their salesmen were very... pushy. We gave them an offer and said we’d come back tomorrow with a final decision to give us time to think it over. They practically acted like they wouldn’t let us leave if we didn’t buy the car. The next day we went to European Auto Expo to buy the car with an approval letter from our bank. The finance manager worked with us to get the car and lied to our face when he told us they would use the approved loan from our bank. They took it upon themselves to take the information we gave them and apply for another loan at our bank. Who knows what they had planned if the loan they submitted was finalized. Thank God our loan officer from our bank helped us through the process and told us what happened. There was also the fees they added to the price of the car that totaled over $5,000 (not including taxes). One of those charges included a $400 security system call Kahu. We didn’t ask for the security system and we were told they would charge us over $150 to remove it. To this day we still have not received any information on how to use Kahu for the car. Every time we ask them about it we are told the Kahu’s server is down and the app isn’t working. So far the car drives fine.

Was greeted with professionalism when I walked in. Verified appointment 1 hour prior to find out the car was in another lot. No big deal, lot was 5 minutes... away. Loved the car, offered asking price and was told I had 2 options, 1) had to finance through them OR 2) had to buy the extended warrantee + fees. When all said and done the price escaladed $7,000 that's right $7,000. WATCH OUT FOR HIDDEN FEES.
Good afternoon I find myself being so eager to give a second review to European Auto Expo. This time it's too let everyone know that I am highly disappointed... with the purchase of a 2015 Honda Accord which was made one month and 9 days to be exact. Within this time frame I had to take the car to get serviced three times already. It is very frustrating to have purchased a vehicle and it's already giving problems. The first two times it was for the backup camera, now the battery dies and the car doesn't want to turn on which I found myself stranded 2 times because I was far from home and I had to call somebody to give me a jump. This is a headache! unnecessary time wasted In trying to get this car serviced when we were told everything was perfectly fine. It has happened 4 times! why do I find myself trying to fix a car that was already serviced and was in good condition according to European Auto Expo. Not to mention we have to drive 30 minutes away just to get it checked out it is ridiculous. One last thing the trunk is dented from the inside as if the car was rear-ended. I am very disappointed frustrated and annoyed with it all. So I suggest if you stop by this dealership you inspect the car fully inside and out and have someone a "mechanic" preferably check the car out. I honestly would NOT recommend anyone to this dealership! Good luck on trying to speak with the manager or the sales person in this case it was Tori after you have purchased a vehicle because when you call they're magically all busy and when you ask for a call back you get none so it's a matter of driving into the place so at least they can acknowledge you horrible service!
