Tom Iannone works in your best interest, he got me a good deal low payment, 0 interest plus a rebate. I purchased my last vehicle 2013 Ford Explorer from... him and have recommended him to co/workers, family and friends that bought vehicles and everyone of them called me to say thanks for referring Tom cause he helped them.
Bad experience with The service writer, I took my car to Edd Butts to fix my air conditioning on Saturday, April 16, 2018, and I was told that my car... will be ready on Tuesday, April 22, I called the dealer to ask if my car was ready, and the service writer was gong for the day, and no one else was able to give me an update of the status of my repair, I called the following day and I was put on hold for several minutes and I hang up the phone. After several calls I spoke to my service writer and he said he will call me back with an update, he never call, so I called again and I was told that he already left for the day ( 4/20/18) and that he will be on vacations till the following week, I talk to Michelle and she said the my car will be ready on Saturday (4/23/18) She call me on Saturday to let me know that my wont be ready till Monday ( 4/26/18) I call on Monday and I was told by Manny, that my car will be ready on Tuesday, And finally I was able to pick my car, and it was very dirty inside and out side, and i want it to file a complaint but the service manager was not available. so yes I am very unhappy and not recommending this place to any of my friends.
