    Peoria Toyota/Scion replaced the frame on my 12 year old Tundra in under warranty recall in February 2012. They were really easy to work with. They also replaced a broken front bumper mount from when I hit a deer 2 years ago to make sure that the job was done right rather than just done. Treated me better on repairing a 12 year old pickup than I've heard people be treated on regular 3/36 warranty work. I recommend them to anyone.

    My wife and I drove from Joliet to purchase a used Toyota 4Runner from your dealership even though we have a Toyota dealer 10 minutes from our home. I inquired about a used 4Runner that I saw on your website and was given first class treatment by everybody. Our salesman was Joe Ziegler and he was awesome to work with. I was even able to discuss the condition of the vehicle over the phone with the Service Manager, Jim McLaughlin, who gave me an honest evaluation of the vehicle. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, Joe and Jim were BOTH there to meet with us even though we didn't arrive until late in the evening. Mr. McLaughlin even went with on the test drive of the vehicle and explained the features etc. Joe Ziegler was incredibly easy to work with as far as price negotiation and couldn't have been a nicer man. Matthew Fredrick, the Finance Manager, had already secured financing for us as he researched different lending options during the day. While most fret over dealing with "the finance guy", we certainly did not. Mr. Fredrick was very well prepared and had multiple options for us to review. There was no pressure put on us at any point of our entire transaction. Thank you all for your help and for making our experience an enjoyable one.
