great shopping experience with Victor Colon very friendly and knowledgeable about Ford Edge. Went over all the features that come with the Ford Edge. Worked with us to make the deal. Would recommend Victor to anyone.

Deceptive Pricing - Beware of $1995 Mandatory Fee

Sales rep was great! Very Knowledgeable and not pushy- Thanks Tony. Unfortunately that is where the good stops- Very Very deceptive pricing. After you get the price of the vehicle and decide you want to move forward they then add $1995 Parks Plus fee for what they feel is valuable. No choice in taking this and a crazy business practice. I could see if it was for Oil Changes and future services but this charge is for non essential things most people do not want or need. Identity theft ? How is that part of buying a car? How about AC refresh? This is a new vehicle why would you need this? How about Glass VIN # etching??? Are you kidding me? Now add in window rain repellent??? If I want that I will buy Rain X for $10 wow! How about this one- Loyalty Points- this is so you can spend money there and earn points for it... Crazy that you have to buy it 1st before you then have to spend money to earn it. This is SO DECEPTIVE and unnecessary. Ask any other Ford dealer in the area and they will be the first to tell you about this Deceptive policy. CHECK your Price and then go to the next Ford dealer until they stop this Deceptive Pricing

Great sales person and nice showroomVERY Deceptive...

Great sales person and nice showroom VERY Deceptive pricing BEWARE! Just also other local Ford dealers- They warned me of this prior to going and they were correct! After you settle on a vehicle and pricing they add $1995 for useless Parks Plus which gets you ridiculous things like Identity theft??? Rain repellent, VIN # Glass etching? If it gave you oil changes and services that would be one thing but these services are not wanted and not needed. It is NOT OPTIONAL- You must pay the $1995 Stay Away

Best car buying experience ever.

Don't shop anywhere else. Parks Ford is amazing. Just a few hours and we left in a brand new truck at an incredible price. Tanner Goktepe is who you need to ask for. This young man was friendly, patient, and got us a better deal then we thought we were going to get. Will definitely be recommending Parks Ford and Tanner to all our friends and family.
