    I had a serious mechanical problem with my car that I purchased at Landmark in 2014. I explained my situation to salesman Mark Underwood. Mark and the sales manager bent over backwards to right the situation. They gave me an incredible deal on a loaded certified pre-owned Fusion. I couldn't be happier! I won't hesitate to send my family and friends to Mark Underwood and Landmark Ford.

    I worked with Doug Knazarich for the purchase of my 2015 Ford Edge. He was very knowledgeable and made the buying experience a pleasant one. He had a good sense of humor while maintaining professionalism. I would recommend Doug to anyone buying a car at Landmark Automotive Group.

    Went in knowing what we wanted. Whole process, walking in to driving off, took 2 hours. Didn't have to negotiate. Just told them our bottom line price and they made it happen. Spent more time running to get check and completing paperwork than anything else. Left with a very well maintained Buick Enclave and could not be happier.

    We traded a 2001 Chevy Impala for a 2015 Chevy Impala at Landmark Ford in Springfield, Il. We were treated with care and respect - our salesperson was Mark Underwood - he gave us his complete attention and saw to all details necessary for our new car. We were impressed with his service and dedication - we will return to Landmark for our next trade. We are an older couple, and he took the time to explain many of the car's new features to a semi-literate computer couple. We know that should we have any further questions or need any help, we will feel completely confident in asking Mark to help us.

    Absolutely loved the experience I had here. Mark Underwood was the best sales person I could have ever dreamed of. Not once did he try to talk me in something I didn't want and took the time to figure out what was the best deal for me, Mark helped me get the car that I really wanted instead of just settling. Thanks for the great service Mark and Fred who took care of the financing (just a great funny guy)!!!!

    I contacted Tyler after locating a Ford Explorer in their inventory. We arranged an appointment for the following day, and he was extremely helpful, answering all our questions about the car. He had the SUV ready to show us when we arrived. He and the sales consultant Aaron went above and beyond to make a fair deal that was within our budget. They are outstanding representatives for Landmark dealership. After our purchase, Tyler went over the features on the car and synced the Bluetooth with our phone. He was very courteous , and I would highly recommend Tyler and Landmark Automotive to any potential buyer.
