UNACCEPTABLE Service Department, and there’s no way to rate “0” stars - or I would have. I reserve the term “unacceptable” for the most absurd of situations.... That being said, the response (or lack thereof in this case) from the Service Department at Robinson Brothers’ falls nothing short. I attempted to call and schedule warranty work for our 2020 Expedition for three consecutive days with NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. I first called on Wednesday, 7/15/20. I was transferred to voicemail and left a message stating my needs and contact information. My next call was the following day to try again, as I had not yet received a call back. Yet again, I ended up leaving a voicemail with the same information. I called for the last time on Friday, 7/17/20. This time, I called the main line asking to speak with the Service Manager to escalate my situation. I spoke to a very polite representative and explained the lack of contact resulting from leaving voicemails. She was apologetic and offered to leave a written note with my contact information, as the Service Advisors were at lunch. I thought this would surely get someone’s attention and facilitate a response. NO! STILL NOTHING! Our sales experience was phenomenal, however, following this experience we will no longer do business with Robinson Brothers in any fashion. I called Hollingsworth Richards Ford and was scheduled for service immediately. We will be going to Hollingsworth or All Star from now on. I will make sure to spread the word of my experience...just plain UNACCEPTABLE.
Great buying experience. Anthony Biagas answered all of my questions and concerns by phone, email or text. I only went to the dealership after a price... was agreed upon. This made it very easy for me. Matt Reed explained everything to me about the truck and was very knowledgeable. There was never any pressure. I would definitely deal with Robinson Brothers again!
The whole process was great. My salesman Dustin White is one of the hardest working salesman I have ever seen. He was less worried about the sale and more... concerned getting me in the car my wife really wanted!

Had a great salesman for my new Escape Titanium. But when I went in for my first oil change and factory recall I was very disappointed. I never heard the... words thank you and come again. Never had anyone explain what had been done to my car, just how much I owed. I called several times to talk to a service manager and one never took my call but I got his voice mail asking to leave a message and they would call me back. I have never been called back. I have bought several new cars from other dealers, and have never been treated this poorly. I will never go back to them.
