    Had went over there for a car with the Lyft program , put a deposit down didn’t get approved and called numerous times and emailed back and yet no response... back on my refund status .. I feel as though I didn’t get anything done with them I no logger important due to the fact I made no business wit them.. mind you if I can do business I wouldn’t .. should be treated equally well...

    My husband and I were in the market for a pre-owned truck with a crew cab that could be used for labor purposes, but that could also be used as a family... car. We saw a few options on this website, so we went to Muzi Ford to check them out. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Brian Mulvaney, who was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. Everyone else at the dealership was very friendly and kind, and they made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. Brian sold us a 2011 F-150 that was in perfect condition with very low mileage, and it belonged to only one person prior to us. Brian and the rest of the staff were extremely fair while working with us to determine a final price with comfortable monthly payments. And Brian remained attentive and helpful after the car was purchased and in our possession. We will definitely return to Muzi Ford for as long as we continue to purchase Ford vehicles!

    What I great pleasure it was to purchase a truck from Muzi Ford . I felt right at home and it was so easy to speak to the sales men and staff. In my 55... years buying vehicles this hands down was the best. Thank you Muzi Ford again !!

    It was my worst experience ever. After a few phone calls from them and emails that I sent with all my information, once I got there and started a conversation,... they offered me something over my budget. When I showed them that I had a different offer from another dealer the sales manager said: "what are you doing here though?". Totally unprepared and unprofessional for a sales person. He never told me his name and the sales guy name was Justin.

    Excellent experience! We have purchased 3 vehicles over the last 8 years there. The salesman was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! The buying/financing... process was thorough and efficient. And the car was ready for pick up at the appointed time.

    For three weeks my daughter and I searched multiple web sites and road tested a few vehicles at different dealerships. The car we located at Muzi had a... couple with first option on the vehicle but asked to be informed if the vehicle became available. The next day while in the Boston area Angela kept us informed the car was available and we were able to come see it. Once at the dealership we were met by Brian Mulvaney who throughly reviewed every option available on the vehicle and took us on our test drive. Our buying experience at Muzi was exceptional. The whole team made us comfortable and made the whole process easy and stress free. Their knowledge, communication and expertise made for a very unique buying situation considering the other dealerships we visited. To Brian, Angela, Scott, and Will a A+. Thank you for a great experience and a beautiful Explorer for Arianna.

    After having a lot of car troubles in the past, my dad recommended I go down to Muzi Ford and talk with the guys there. I went there without having done... any research on cars or having a single idea of what kind of car I wanted. When I got there it was very busy. Will greeted me at the door and I explained my situation to him. He recommended a car to me and wasted no time on setting me up on a test drive with Scot Rodman, who was very knowledgeable and excited about the car choice. I usually have really bad anxiety car shopping and hate car dealers, but Scot made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision to purchase the car we test drove. He was very personable and answered every question I had. Chad Gnirk helped me to get the best financing offer I could get by fighting for me. He and Scot both went above and beyond to make sure I left that day with a great deal on a great car. Before leaving, Scot walked me out to the car and explained all of the features I didn’t know about, showing me how to use them and syncing my phone up via Bluetooth. He explained everything so thoroughly, it left me without a single question. When I went back the following week to get my inspection sticker, everyone remembered me and asked how I was liking the car – even people I didn’t work with or talk to the first time around. They made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked through the door the very first time. Everyone seemed to genuinely enjoy their job and the atmosphere was great. The customer service at Muzi Ford is incredible and I’m so happy I had a chance to work with Scot. I drove an hour to get there and he made it completely worth it! I’ve already recommended Muzi to friends and family and I will continue to do so. Thank you Scot and everyone else at Muzi Ford!

    We just bought a new Explorer last weekend. Our salesman, Tim, was experienced and incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle. Tim took the time to explain... every bell and whistle. Our sales manager, Will was also very friendly and helpful. We service our cars at Muzi but this was our first purchase and we were quite pleased. It is a bit difficult to believe but it was actually a great car buying experience
