    Worst car buying experience ever!! If it weren't for needing a fairly new car at a certain price point, we would have never even done business with them. Didn't feel valued, one manager in particular is very unfriendly, and don't think the managers want to work on a deal past 6:00 P.M. Well, that's what happens when you and your husband both have jobs and live almost an hour away--You can't get to the dealership until 5:00 or so. Have had to take the car back twice right after purchasing due to dash warning lights on--these were apparently computer issues and were taken care of under warranty thankfully. However, the first time we used the AC on this car a couple of weeks after buying it, the AC smells like dirty feet. Was told by another dealership that means the AC isn't draining properly and needs cleaned and that Green's service dept should have taken care of it when they serviced it before we bought it. Nope! The manager said there's nothing they can do about it! We will have to pay to have it cleaned even though it smelled like this just shortly after purchasing the car THE VERY FIRST TIME WE USED IT! I'm never going back to Green Chevrolet for anything! Again, worst car buying experience ever!!

    First and foremost please accept my apology for any issues you have had. It seemed like the issues you have had with the car were not present when you purchased it, making it very difficult to predict or avoid. I am glad all the issues concerning the mechanics of the vehicle have been taken car of. I do not know of a A/C service which cleans out the drain. What we do, during the inspection, is to make sure the A/C compressor engages and cools to a certain temperature. As far as my manager being rude there is no reason for that at all.     We went in looking for a specific car, color and price. Green Chevrolet had exactly what we was looking for! We had a very nice sales person (Robert) and he took us through the whole process of buying a car painlessly. We love our new Malibu. The only thing that I would suggest is when they contact us that they include both of us on the correspondence's. Both of us picked out the car, both of us drive the car and both of us are paying for it .

    They called me about a car went up there to look at it decided I wanted it . We worked out a deal on it went to sign the paper work on it and thin they say we can't do it now . This was all after they called me and I drove an 1 hr up there to get it cause they said everything was approved and ready to go . They didn't even try to work it out a solution on the problem just told me sorry and sent me on my way

    Gold team rocks!! Thanks Brandon Kohtz!! As I don't write reviews right away because things may be great at the time of service and then turn for the worse I'm happy to write, several months back I thought I needed new struts. Ended up being some linkage. About $1200 less than I expected. My car is still as quiet as it was when it was new and today it has 179,381 miles. I drive a 2007 Chevy Malibu that I purchased new with only 7 miles on it. Thanks gold team for taking such good care of me as well as Rod Hart service mgr.

    I inquired regarding a BMW Z3. I received a voicemail. I followed up with an email. I am located in New Jersey; Green Chevrolet is in Illinois. The vehicle would have had to have been picked up by me after flying in, or shipped by Green Chevy, to my mechanic. Green Chevy did not respond to my email. I assume that the vehicle was purchased.

    This car is my 4th vehicle purchase from Green. The customer service is always great, the deals are unbeatable! Thank you for the "Green's Goods"! Finance and sales are not pushy, and worked hard to get me the deal that I wanted. They knew that I had a bad experience recently with a competitor dealership, and wanted to help me rectify that situation.

    My husband and I were amazed with how hard the salesman worked with the manager and finance to get us into a vehicle. We were looking for newer but the worked the books and deals and got us into brand new!! We couldn't be happier with our purchase!
