    Horrible service!! The only thing this dealership is interested in is selling you a vehicle. Do yourself a favor before you purchase a vehicle. Call the... shop and tell them your having problems with your new vehicle. It will be a week before they can even look at it. They also never have loaner vehicles.

    I purchased a 2018 Ford Focus and it was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Lewis Mckoy knew his product like the back of his hand and... answered all my questions promptly. The dealership was also the only dealership I have ever been to that honored their posted online pricing. Five stars across the board.

    I was looking for a used car. Ended up with a New Ford Focus . It has a lot of power for a small car drives like a dream. Dunn-Benson Ford is the best... dealership all around that I have dealt with the service department is great the sales department also great everyone there is always so welcoming and friendly not pushy or rude its worth the drive .Very highly recommend them to all my friends

    we had oil change great job.. but wanted to look into upgradeing to a new escape with all the rebates they said no problem they said. 2 times I was fooled... into this process. oh and when first bought keep it a year come back and trade great. well not.. I don't like getting false hope or lied to. I lov my escape but mark it down this woman will not be trading with dunn benson ford no more never ever not gonna happen. they cant give me a car now I wouldn't take it..love the people the services dept guys wonderful all probably underpaid but wonderful people. it just that when I am told something I expect them to stand by there word. word is my credit isn't the best but we have been doing good with this. cheaper payments yes who doesn't. salesman said we got something for ya we got good rebates no credit no problem, why the people we finance with don't deal with us. my payment are good I make em.

    I was looking to purchase a 2017 Fusion Platinum and the dealership had the car and the color I was looking for. Even though I live out of state, they... still wanted to work with me. After nearly a week of texts, emails and Facetime due to the sales rep being highly unresponsive, I decided to work with another sales rep. So, after ALL this time of me putting in more work than the sales rep to purchase a car, I was then told the car I wanted was sold two days ago. Unprofessional behavior all the way around.

    Mr. Lewis McKoy was an amazing salesman. Him and his colleagues made sure that my mother and I were welcomed from the time we drove up. There wasn't a... question or statement that he didn't explain so that we could better understand what we were about to do. We were looking for a used car, but ended up purchasing a 2017 Ford Focus and we couldn't be happier.
