Great Service

The rack and pinion went out on my 2011 Ford F-150. Service advisor Steve Mcgowen and Jesse Velez from parts went out of their way to help me.

professional

Tipton has always given good service. Since I had to bring my car over during a very short break from work, I would have appreciated faster service in leaving my keys and picking it up. Usually it would not matter to be in line but yesterday it was a problem.

60 k mile check up

I chose to not have all services done because I had just had oil changed in 3/30/15, also new tires purchased elsewhere recently had tire related maintenance done for free. Price for remaining services still too expensive.

Excellent service and car buying experience

The salesman was extremely friendly and helpful when it came to picking out a new car. He didn't pressure or overwhelm me with cars that were not in my price range or style. He was courteous and didn't feel like a shark like other dealerships tend to be. I am very satisfied with the excellent customer service I received from all that helped me in making my first new car purchase. I am very happy with my Ford Focus, and will be back again to buy other vehicles in the future. Tipton Motors helped making buying a new car fun and exciting. Will be referring others to this dealership from now on.
