The guys who work in service don't know what the hell they are doing. First they say this is wrong and then they say this is wrong it's like they won't... make up their minds. It ended up being a busted radiator on my 2006 Honda Civic but for days I felt like it was back and forth. Patrick is very rude. And so is the service manager. She acts like she doesn't even want to be there. Horrible place would never go there again.
I had faced very bad experience when i went to buy a new vehicle. They don't know how to behave with customers!! They can learn from other showrooms how... politely deal with customers.
Terrance - the sales guy I spoke with - he had lots of patience and genuine advice. Terrance's manager - I donno his name but this guy is the one who makes... decisions. He is one of the RUDEST people I came across. Please don't talk to the manager unless you want to be called RIDICULOUS and OVER-AMBITIOUS in front of everyone. He made me feel awful and I'm never going to go to this Brad Barker, Bloomington, Illinois.
It was very disheartening to read this review. We understand that a large part of our job is negotiating prices on vehicles and we are always willing ...to work with customers to arrive at a fair price. Unfortunately there were extenuating circumstances surrounding this specific deal. We wish Sandeep the best of luck with his vehicle purchase.
