The dealership is okay, Mr. Thompson is more the reason I want to do business again with the dealership. My first buying experience was not pleasant and got a little heated but things settled down and I am happy with my purchase. My second experience was the absolute best as Mr. Thompson brought the vehicle to my home and made the buying experience even better.

I emailed the dealership soon after my purchase to let
I emailed the dealership soon after my purchase to let them know the car was pulling. I never received an answer. I emailed again on 1/3 and a manager called me back. They said they’d arranged to have it taken care of. Now I’m on the hook for the bill after the manager refused to honor that promise. According to Halls own records there was never any maintenance or alignment done on my vehicle before it was sold. In fact, that manager was using the vehicle the day I purchased it. Sad to say an otherwise good experience with Hall is going downhill fast.

My steering had an issue, Priority had an apt in a month,
My steering had an issue, Priority had an apt in a month, Checkered Flag had an apt in Jan 2023! I called Hall and had only three days to wait for an apt. Took the car in, got it fixed, got a free inspection and had my car by noon that same day!! WOW! Courteous employees, the best service experience I have ever had since I moved to VA in 1980. I will never bring my car to any other dealer-ever. I was so pleased to know that good dealers and cheerful, helpful employees still exist.
