Fantastic - Smooth - Great Communication

Fantastic experience from start to Finish. I'm out of state so I sent a request through Car Guru's first. Contact was made almost immediately after pushing send. Colton was awesome; quick with communication and getting questions answered. LT who helped with the paperwork and answering misc questions was also great. We made a good deal and I am super satisfied with the exceptional experience I received. It's not always easy buying any vehicle out of state, but these gentlemen made it stress free and quick. Highly recommend them and this dealership! A+ 5*

Quick and convenient.

Ask for Colton Ruybal, just the best.

Best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Our salesman Colton Ruybal was just the best. Very knowledgeable about his inventory, walked us through all the bells and whistles, what they did, how they worked, even helped with pairing our devices to our New 2023 Rock Creek Pathfinder. Just a great bunch of folks at Nissan of Mobile. Ask for Colton, he will take great care of you. God bless

No Communication No bad Business

I NEVER had a problem with the service department. Every time I brought my car up there for a oil change or a recall I get it back the same day. Okay I had appointment on 10/15 @. 9:30am Saturday morning. So I never got a call from them so I waiting until Monday to give them a call to see what going on. My advisor name is Eric. He never try to call me and give me no update what going on. So I went pick up my car because Eric don’t know how to call nobody and a person know what going on. I miss today work 6:45am to 4pm my schedule. So I got my car for I don’t miss no more days from work. Then they going to tell me it going to be about 4 to 5 days. So why you’ll didn’t tell me that before I made the appointment and then hold my car for a hole 2 days without letting me know anything. I don’t understand why put all these cars with appointments and don’t do nothing on the appointment date? People don’t have multiple cars to used or can’t afford a renter car until you’ll finish there car. Then you’ll don’t offer a car to used while they car in the shop.

I was in the car business for 23 years, with Buick,

I was in the car business for 23 years, with Buick, Pontiac, GMC and Honda until 1992 in Colorado when I moved over to Saturn and remained with them there and in Pensacola until they closed in 2008. So, I respect and search for honesty, integrity, sincerity and professionalism and was so happy to see that in this team. Starting with Keosha, who was so sweet and knowledgeable to myself, my wife and my mother-in-law who is visiting from Colombia. My mother-in-law and I were there for several hours and Keosha was working so hard to accommodate us and made it feel like a very short time there. Keosha knew that my vehicle was totaled and I was in need and understood those needs, always with a bright smile. I would like to also give a special appreciation for Dakota, who willingly helped us in any way that he could for Keosha and shared some stories with me as we conversed. Also, Colton was so energetic and helpful and constantly seeing how he could assist and was much appreciated. Then I had a brief interaction with Denny, using humor to cope with the complexities of the system as we ran my deposit. And last, but not least was Jon, who is a true professional who finds a way to make one feel very comfortable throughout all of the paperwork, even though in our case it was not a financing situation for the dealership. The dealership and team will have my loyalty and referrals because it's a very short drive from Pensacola to have such an amazing car purchasing experience. Thank you again!!!

Outstanding dealership Kudos to Malik Gunn
