Mixed Review Service Experience Survey

I guess you can consider this another 'mixed' review for my 11/21/2022 service visit. First of all, as always, Kim is a wonderful service advisor. Actually, I request/require her as my service advisor every time. She keeps me up to date on the status of my vehicle, fixes billing issues as needed, and informs (but is not pushy) about extra services. Also, for this particular visit, after some discussion, she was able to apply my special coupon. That is all the good news. The bad news is the ridiculous increase in the oil change tire rotation price. I paid $65 in August 2022 and just three months later, in November 2022 the same service was $100 and yes, you actually read that correctly!! This is absolutely horrible!! I can understand it going up maybe $5 or $10 but $35 is absolutely unacceptable!! Also, they removed this line item from the ticket that was always included and worded exactly like this on my August 2022 (and all prior) tickets: "Complimentary Battery check which includes cleaning of battery terminals, cable connectors and visible battery case surface. Cleaner protectant prevents against oxidation and corrosion. (Performed only on vehicles with visible/accessible batteries.)" I was told it was removed because of it being only for vehicles with accessible batteries. I understand that. However, they should not remove that line item from the ticket, since it clearly states that. If my battery is accessible, they should still be doing that service. With this line item removed from the ticket, I doubt they do this even if the battery is accessible. I have to wonder the services and prices at other nearby Chevy dealers, but I have not checked yet, as this location is most convenient for me.

Lack of communication Appointment was Wednesday morning, no response until I called Friday afternoon. Said they fixed flat tire but it lost air pressure before a drove home.
