    I was looking purchase a car. They contacted me the same day and also sent me the application to fill out. I am still unsure of what type of car want. But they were great with answering and asking questions. Please they did not hassle me. Thanks Global

    Dealer contacted me the same day I asked for some information. Turns out the car wasn't what I was looking for, but not because of anything the dealer did. Just wasn't the color I wanted. Great contact and very helpful answers to my questions!

    My son purchased Gap insurance and when he sold his vehicle I sent Matt an email to cancel the insurance, he did not because a month later I called the actual insurance company and they had not received the paperwork to cancel such insurance. I have tried many times to get in touch with Matt or Angelica regarding the return premium and neither will answer phone calls or emails. zAnd just like other customers they put you on hold forever until you get tired and just hang up and call again to be hold "so and so is busy" I don't understand how this place is still in business with their poor customer service.

    This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had. They were quick to answer calls and questions prior to the sale. Now it's been 3 weeks and I still have no truck and now one will reply to my calls.

    I was looking from a fair distance and wanted to make certain the car was worth a trip. When I made contact I found the info and follow up to my inquiry to be excellent. When I arrived to visit all the staff from Amir, Jake and all to be very helpful. They made the purchase process painless at a price that was reasonable. In order to pick up my vehicle I needed someone to open up early. They were very accommodating. Would not hesitate to return in the future.

    Salesman explained they are primarily wholesale dealer and they are. Called ahead to make sure care was available when I would be there, stayed on hold for 10 minutes before speaking with salesperson and when I got there it was off site being serviced I was told. Commented I should just come back in two days. I had driven 4 hours to see car. In my opinion they should stick with wholesale. Nice inventory though

    I have shopped for many cars on line and bought an equal number. I was very interested in a car Global had and contacted a rep by phone. He was courteous and took my contact information. I never heard from him again. I sent three emails and left two phone messages. Finally I purchased another car from a dealer I found on cars.com. In a business environment where web sales are so important, I can't imagine why even common courtesy was beneath them. I purchase 2-3 cars per year as a collector. I can assure Global that none will come from them.
