It was ok. Last year I got new rims for my vehicle, but one of the wheels didn't match the others. I informed Mazda reps about this since the part n...umber for the "odd" wheel didn't match the other three, and was told that it didn't matter and the tire was a match. This was not true. So please note that a part number is important.

What a surprising positive experience from the sales agent Brian Donahue whose excellent phone manner swayed me to coming to Brown Mazda in Chantilly ...to the Dealership Manager who made me an offer I could not refuse to Laurie who managed the financing in such a pleasant manner to Shane who installed the remote start and to all of the rest of the staff I dealt with who were so welcoming and professional - amazing.
