    I am late writing my review as my purchase occurred in July 2017. I purchased a 2107 Acura RDX from Bob Lindsay Acura, with Roger Waldo as my salesperson.... I have bought over a dozen new cars through the years, so I have a pretty good idea of how the new car purchasing process works! Roger was excellent to work with. I had already done my homework and knew the price I needed for the Acura, as well as the trade-in price for my used car. Roger and I communicated by telephone and email, as I explained what I was looking for and what price I was expecting. He was prompt in responding and professional throughout. When I came to the dealership (I live 90 miles away), he had the two new Acuras I was interested in ready to drive. We quickly agreed on my price, and we completed the sale. Roger found a couple small nicks in the paint and scheduled a time for the dealership to do a touch-up. The dealership drove a loaner car to my house for me, picked up my RDX, and returned my RDX in a few days. My RDX has been an excellent vehicle; I drive a lot of miles and it has not had any problems. I highly recommend Bob Lindsay Acura, and especially Roger Waldo. In a few years, when it is time for my next new car, I will definitely return to Bob Lindsay Acura and work with Roger.

    Just a note to say thank you to Roger Waldo, in Sales, and Sandy Schmidt, in the Business office. We leased our first Acura RDX in Texas in 2014, and relocated... to Illinois when the lease had expired. I called Roger and asked if we could return the vehicle to their dealership, and possibly lease another Acura. Roger said yes, and to make an appointment for their dealership to look at our car, obtain more information and we would take it from there. The transition was easy, thanks to Roger. Roger is a kind, soft spoken, and knowledgeable person who has attention to detail and is one of the best sales people we have ever encountered. We have bought, sold, leased, many cars over the past forty years, and we were not always happy with most sales personnel or dealerships. We do not wish to deal with pushy, and annoying sales people and sales managers who continue to come back and forth with a great deal that wasn't in our budget when we initially started the procedure. Sandy was also a pleasure to work with too ! We spent less than a hour leasing our new RDX, from start to finish, and that alone speaks volumes. When we picked up our new car, Roger put on the plates, he went over all the mechanics, instruments and answered all of our questions. PS Even our dog Brutus was a welcome guest at the Bob Lindsay dealership in Peoria, IL. PS#2, the Starbucks coffee and homemade cookies were also a welcomed treat!

    Contacted them via cars.com. Had a immediate response. Tim brought the car to his dealership that day and i went over and checked it out and i bought the... car. No hassles no issues at all. I found my car thatbi have always wanted and they helped me to get it.

    Tim Lipsey and Sandy were both very helpful and accommodating when I was purchasing a vehicle. Living out of state, I never actually set foot in the dealership,... but coordinated everything with Tim and Sandy over the phone and via email. They were very responsive and timely in organizing all of the necessary paperwork and with everything involved in buying the car. Tim even had a slightly damaged plastic piece on the door replaced before I bought it and free of charge. Additionally, after I purchased the car, it turned out there was an issue and Tim and the team took care of it and made it easy for me to get it fixed in another state. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle!

    While the Bob Lindsay Acura facility is really nice and clean, the people there truly "make" the dealership. Sales Manager Wally Miles immediately greeted... us and directed us to Sales Consultant Roger Waldo whom we sought for the "no pressure" salesmanship which we expect and admire. Roger's pleasant, friendly demeanor and helpful attitude made the purchasing process comfortable, quick, and hassle free. Our expectations about trade-in vehicle value and bottom line cost were nicely met by the dealership's proposal. Seemingly within minutes a very efficient and amiable Sandy Schmidt, Business Manager, had prepared the necessary documents for our signatures. Clearly, we recommend the Bob Lindsay Acura dealership and Roger Waldo.

    Sales Manager Wally Miles immediately greeted us at the entrance of Bob Lindsay Acura and directed us to Roger Waldo whom we sought for his "no pressure"... salesmanship which we expect and admire. Roger's pleasant, friendly demeanor and helpful attitude made the purchase process quick and hassle free. Our expectations for trade-in vehicle value and for bottom line out-of-pocket expense that we could comfortably accept were nicely met by the dealership proposal. Seemingly within minutes a very efficient Business Manager Sandy Schmidt prepared the necessary documents for our signatures. Within a couple hours of our arrival, we went home in our 2015 RDX. Clearly, we recommend the Bob Lindsay Acura dealership and its staff.
