Took over 2 hours just to do an oil change and then asked
Took over 2 hours just to do an oil change and then asked to keep our car over overnight because they wouldn't finish in time. They need to work on scheduling better.Everyone was very nice though!

Service writer and service were good Had to wait 2 1/2 weeks when dash message was saying MAINTENANCE REQUIRED. VISIT DEALER. All that was needed was a tire rotation!!!

Had to take Tacoma to my oil change place in Greensburg
Had to take Tacoma to my oil change place in Greensburg after getting oil changed at Carver Toyota. Service advisor suggested I do that as she thought it might be air filter might have been put in wrong. There was a cover under engine that was rattling when we shut doors. The bolt holding it on was tight because they stripped it putting it back on. The shield & washer was rattling as stripped bolt wasn't snugging it up. Had to get it fixed after your oil change guy messed it up.

Excellent friendly, professional staff. They are very knowledgeable and very accommodating. They all went above and beyond to ensure we were able to purchase the vehicle of our choosing. I have purchased a vehicle there before and will do so again. I will continue to refer friends and family to Carver.
