Out of state purchase

I purchase my car from out of state. They beat a offer I had with another dealer. They stated there policy was to beat any other offers for the exact same car by $500, that was there company policy. They did just that. Everything was completed by email. I put a deposit down over the phone drove there on a Saturday paid for and signed for the car. The did not try to up sale me any other Adonis while I was there. Was actually at the dealership a very little amount of time. I was worried about buying a car out of state, however they handled all the taxes, title and paperwork to my own state. They called me when the titling was finished and told me I could go and get my license plate at my local DMV. They also gave me a temporary plate to get me through a couple of months. I would recommend working with them in the future.

Ask for Claire. Amazing experience

Ask for Claire. She did a wonderful job of finding out what I wanted and was very knowledgeable. Anything that she wasn't sure on, she called me the next morning with an answer. I would definitely recommend anyone to work with her on finding the right vehicle.

I am Active Duty Air Force and was stationed in the United Kingdom when I began my car search for when I was able to come home. Scott Babb handled everything extremely professionally, even in another country. He managed to get the exact truck that I wanted into the dealership, and helped me through the holding process so that it would be there when I returned. This man's professionalism and etiquette is second to none. Very grateful for what he did for me!

Oil Change

Great service for an oil change, but the guy forgot the new sticker for the windshield. No big deal and hope to bring vehicle to Carver again.

Good people, good cars!

I recently purchased a 2020 RAV4 Hybrid from Carver Toyota; and so far, I am very pleased with it. Claire Howard is a very good salesperson, and took her time helping me with my purchase. (I had done some shopping around beforehand, and had a pretty good idea what I wanted / could possibly afford.) Claire found a RAV4 on the lot that had almost everything I wanted; I say almost everything, because it didn't have a package that I thought I wanted, but it did have one that will, in the long run, be a better pruchase for me. She found an excellent price for the 20-year-old car I was driving, and got me a rebate from GM on top of that. My ONLY disappointment was that I couldn't "haggle" the price down further... but in the end, I think I paid a reasonable price for my RAV 4 Hybrid. And who can argue with a 40-MPG rating!?

We just bought our 3rd vehicle in six years from Carver...

We just bought our 3rd vehicle in six years from Carver Toyota of Columbus, a Rav 4 Hybrid. For the fact that we are a returning customer speaks volumes of Carver and of course, Toyota. We have always been pleased and very satisfied with Carver’s Sales and Service Departments. Our salesman, Josh Babb, was very thorough in his presentations of the vehicles we were looking at and his “after the sale” details when delivering the car were extremely helpful. Sales Manager, Jason Teague, was very fair in the price negotiations and did all he could to work with us, as always.

Craig and the team over at Carvers did a wonderful job...

Craig and the team over at Carvers did a wonderful job getting the deal done. Fastest experience you could ask for! I can't remember the managers name, I believe its Rob but he definitely took care of me and made sure I road home in my new ride. Best car buying experience I have had and I want to thank you guys again!! Definitely would shop again.

Nice property, Good Service

Carver Toyota of Columbus is a good car dealership, and the service department is very efficient. The sales department was fine but they did not work very hard to re-gain my business. The sales people I talked to were friendly and personable, however, I worked with the local Chevy dealership and I made a decision to lease a Chevy product.
