    Very friendly staff, nice clean work offices and everyone is very polite and nice. Cars were clean and not junky. Prices could be better and the dealer... fees are a little much but thats just me.

    2 months ago I purchased a 2014 Murano. I paid $22,000 for it. With the car came (2) key fobs. When we got home, realized one of the Key fobs did not... work, changed the battery, still did not work. Called the dealership and spoke to our Sales Rep and he told us, he would order. We have called not less than 6 times and they will NOT return our call. We have been told the previous owner, had a key fob stuck in the ignition and it took some labor to remove it and it must have been damaged. It has been 2 months, We have called not less than 6 times and they will NOT return our call. After paying 22K for a vehicle. This is NOT OK. VERY disappointed in how this is being handled. No Follow-up, No Return call. VERY disappointed

    We purchased a "pre-owned" Rogue with 2900 miles in great shape. The purchasing process was the normal extended length which was expected. The vehicle... was cleaned and ready to go and I noticed the gas tank was on empty. I went back in and asked why I was not given a full tank of gas. No answer, so on my way home I had to stop and put $28.00 of gas in the vehicle..there was only 51 miles to empty according to the information on the dashboard. The vehicle I traded had 3/4 of a tank of gas!! This is the only time I have ever purchased a vehicle and not received a rundown of all of the features and how to use them. Granted I have an owner's manual, but it is not the most user friendly book when trying to understand all the nuances of modern technology in our vehicles. I liked to people that I dealt with, but am a little disappointed in the final phase of my purchase.

A full tank of gas is provided with all new vehicles. Yes, the car you bought is basically a new car, but in your case the car was pre-owned.     DONT DEAL WITH THEM: We made an agreement on price in writing prior to me going into the dealership. I live an hour and half away and didn't want to waste... my time. I received a full price breakdown from the general manger with the truck vin# and information on it. We went back and forth for two days and came to terms on an agreed out the door price. I confirmed multiple times all the numbers and had additional pictures of the truck sent to me. All looked good so I made the trip up there. I sat down with the dick salesman and he simply said we cant do the deal on that truck. I showed him the emails and general manager approved price brake down and agreement. He said that it didn't matter and they couldn't do the deal. I guess they figured if I made the drive I wouldn't go home empty handed. The old bait and switch from unprofessional, xxxx, want to be business/sales people. It is xxxxxxx dealerships like this that make the whole car buying process ridiculous. Have fun waiting for another UP.

    I took my mom to Sutherlin to buy a new rogue and was treated like royalty. I can't complain at all because the whole staff was totally on point 100%.... My mom won a cruise and we are headed to the Bahamas soon. I love the yippee ya yaee commercial on the radio!! Awsome awsome awsome!! Thank you Sutherlin

    The wait is ridiculous even with an opening appointment had to wait 3 hours just for an oil change. Meanwhile never got updated on my car about what needed... to be done until check out time. Check out time comes they say my car is ready but nobody could find it until walking all over the lot.
