I???ve been researching the Subaru Outback for some time. Ex-Volvo guy looking for a wagon with the market offering limited options. I had just got... out of a BMW 3 series wagon, but it did meet all my requirements; a wagon with ground clearance and a great safety record. That lease was over and I was back in the market for a new car. The VW Alltrack caught my eye, a wagon with some ground clearance. I went on a test drive and soon realized it was not the car for me. I was going to drive home and saw Kennesaw Subaru across the street. I decided to pull in and was greeted by Ralph Kurland. As opposed to a car salesman, he was a Subaru ???aficionado???, and knew the product extremely well. Ralph asked a few basic questions and narrowed down the trim to the 2.5 Limited ??? ???L??? for leather as Ralph said. Before the test drive, Ralph did a quick overview of all the options the car had. During the test drive, Ralph pointed out features that could only be experience while driving. He discussed how some of the safety features in the car were also in the Subies both he and his wife drove. Before the test drive was over, I knew I wanted to buy the car, but did not want to show all my cards. I was ready for the hard negotiation. First, the car did not come with LED headlights standard on the Limited. Ralph soon found it on the lot. Ok, this it, all check marks were checked. Ralph then started the negotiation process. Surprisingly enough, there were no games, tricks or gimmicks. Great financing, and no back and forth with the finance manager. I was happy with the price and the product, and pulled the trigger. To say that I bought the car because of Ralph is an understatement. I???ve bought quite a few cars in my lifetime, but the experience with Ralph has erased years of bad experience with other dealers and car brands. While you may want to buy the car online, it???s worth your while to step into the Kennesaw Subaru dealership to see the product and have Ralph Kurland talk about the car. He???s passionate about the product, the brand, and his job. I now understand why people love Subaru???s ??? I???m a convert.

Everyone we came in contact with at this dealership was so helpful , patient and not pushy . they listened to our wants and desires ,led us to the vehicle... we were looking for and helped us through the leasing process in a timely manner . I would recommend this dealership if considering a vehicle purchase .First time signing documents using the Docu pad system for purchase, it is fantastic.

Words alone cannot describe my experience working with Ralph. I never felt bull dozed, rushed, pushed, or taken for granted. In fact, quite the opposite.... Ralph heard/listened to MY needs, never tried to change my thought process, just work with what I needed. Instead of coming back financially with an outlandish "deal", Johnny worked to meet my needs. No fuss, haggling, etc. Very smooth process all around. Also, getting to the paper signing was no hassle either. The typical add-ons were offered by Steve but not pushing anything else onto the sale if not wanted. I must say thinking I would be getting a certified used car and driving away that night in the brand new, everything I was looking for vehicle felt great, thanks to the trio of Ralph, Johnny, and Steve!

I began my car search with NO experience in the car buying business whatsoever. My salesperson Ralph Kurkland was amazing! He was extremely patient with... me and answered all of my questions (I had thousands) and helped get me into the best car for me! My work schedule is extremely hectic but ralph went above and beyond to make time for me despite my difficult schedule. Once I filled out all my paperwork and actually got the keys, Ralph sat in the car with me and showed me how to operate every feature of the car. Care salesmen have always intimidated me in the past but Ralph was so easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable about all of the cars information, history, and technicalities. I would 100% recommend Subaru of Kennesaw and Ralph Kurkland to anyone who is in the market to buy a car. Not to mention he worked magic and got me an AMAZING deal on my car. I mean...AMAZING deal. He's the bomb. Go see him.

My wife and I came to the dealership to look at several cars we saw online, we were approached my Salesman Charles who was personable and friendly. He... did not put any pressure in on, which was greatly appreciated. He was knowledgeable about the cars we test drove and made the entire time we were at the dealership enjoyable. Bill on the financial end was professional and friendly making the closing bits of the sale smooth and without stress. My wife and I would highly recommend this dealership and it's outstanding staff to anyone I know looking to purchase a new/used vehcile.

I had a 2016 Outback, that I took in for service. It was idling rough. They recommended cleaning the fuel system and throttle body for $181. After the... service, it was still idling really rough. I asked if there were any service bulletins for the issue. They said in fact there is a service bulletin for software update for rough idle with AC on. I came back to do this update. It didn't take. They said they think it may be a sensor, but it has to be ordered. 3rd visit - after waiting for an hour, they say we didn't try the sensor. We don't think that is what it is. They said they would like for Subaru engineer to look at the car. We scheduled a time. 4th visit: I arrived and they said engineer just left and he will not come back for a month. This place is ridiculous - waste of time and money. I went to Gwinnett Subaru, and they recleaned the throttle body, which they said was never cleaned. They checked multiple things and had tech take the car home. They didn't charge me anything for the diagnosis. I have asked the GM at Subaru of Kennesaw for my money back for the throttle body cleaning, but I just get silence. Stay away from Subaru of Kennesaw's service department.

Got my 3rd Outback a couple of weeks ago & I'm in love all over again. Financing is a breeze now with the way it's set up. Bill Scarbrough made it very... simple and fast..
