    I was shopping for a replacement vehicle, and my wife and I just stopped in to look. It was literally the first place I looked. From the moment I got out of my car to the time I wrote the check for the purchase of my Jeep Patriot, everyone was friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. I would work with them at any time again in the future and plan to have my new vehicle serviced with them on a regular basis.

    I saw a Dodge charger online that they had. I called and spoke to TJ and we arranged to meet later that day to look at the car. I was purchasing the car for my son. My son and I went out to the dealership and net TJ. The car was everything that he explained over the phone. I address some concerns with TJ and he made sure that he took care of all of them for me before my purchase was final. He was an excellent sales person and very polite and professional. I highly recommend Purchasing from TJ and this dealership!

    I would highly recommend Tom! We showed up after just having a bad experience in Springfield, told him what happened and exactly what we were looking for. He met and exceeded what we asked. Everyone we encountered was so nice and treated us with such respect. I have recommended them to several family and friends in the last week!!

    I was searching for a pick-up truck using TrueCar. One of the dealers I was referred to was New Carlisle Chrysler Dodge Jeep. In going to that dealership on 12/8/16, I spoke with David Brown and the Sales Manager, Debra. David was extremely helpful in showing me two Ram trucks which fit my needs. This was impressive due to the fact I was looking at a 2016 model which was hard to locate. Without any haggling, David gave me an offer which I found very reasonable. There was none of the usual several offers going back and forth with the manager. David and Debra were very pleasant and upfront. Neither made me feel like I was being taken advantage of or pressured into something other then what I was looking for. It should be known I purchased a different brand pick-up truck from another dealer. However, because of the experience I had with David, I would definitely refer anyone I know who is looking for a Mopar product to go to New Carlisle Chrysler Dodge Jeep.

    I bought my Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Chrysler 300S with 23,500miles back in May and that's when the problems started. Right after purchasing it I had issues with the gear shifter which ended up being a recall but they did not have the part to fix it. I also had vibration at speeds exceeding 65mph and my traction light would come on at random and check engine light. Took the car in June to have the issues resolved and they did for about 2 weeks then had issues with the shifter again and the traction light. Took it back in July and they replaced the Valve Body on the transmission and rerouted wiring harness that was getting pinched causing the light to come on. Few weeks later my transmission is clunky and doesn't have any power taking off, Take it back and they replace the Valve Body again, doesn't work (shocker). They have had my car every single month since I've owned it and this last time they ended up replacing the whole transmission and shifter cable and it has been there for 4 weeks and 5days. I got a call everyday the last 5 days saying my car would be done the next day which it never was. Ended up filing a claim myself with Chrysler and they gave me 2 years free oil changes and tire rotations and another spare key since they only gave me 1 when I bought it. after filing the claim the Claim person told me 3 engineers had been out to see my car, twice while I was the owner and once before I bought it so it had major issues beforehand but of course I was never told that and didn't show up on the Carfax. I was lied and cheated to and feel robbed of my money. Never had a rental to give me and this last time they did. A Dodge Caliber!! Are you serious?!?! This place is a joke and will lie to you and cheat you. Will never buy anything from Chrysler or this dealer ever again!

    I'm not going to lie. When they first called me 4 hours after my van was to be worked on, telling me how they didn't have the part they needed to fix my van (which I had scheduled 2 days prior) AND told me it was not going to get done until the next day... I was pretty upset. They didn't even have a loaner vehicle available for me and I had places to be! But after some persistence (and talking to the right people) they worked really hard to find me the part and fix it quickly. I was impressed how they worked to fix their mistakes and not leave me high and dry! Thanks New Carlisle Chrysler! Because you made it right... I WILL do business with you again.

Debra and her staff were very professional, informative and caring. They took the time to find out what our needs were and didn't pressure us into just buying any vehicle..     I would give zero stars if I could. The service department has kept my vehicle for 36 days, and still couldn't give me a concrete answer as to what's wrong with it. The General "Manager", Deborah, called me as was beyond rude, spoke poorly of other dealerships and service departments, and made brash accusations that I did not take proper care or my vehicle, even after I told her that I could provide proof of regular maintenance. The service department obviously has ZERO clue as to how to fix problems, and will charge whatever they feel like. Chrysler even offered to pay for the service charges, and the DEALERSHIP refused their payment to put it back on the customer. You've been warned. Do NOT, under any circumstance, allow this service department to look at your vehicle. They'll tell you one thing, and do another...and attempt to charge you for both. They cannot be trusted, and their leader, Deborah, resorts to pushing blame onto you and talking trash about other reputable dealers when you call them out on their lies. By and far the WORST customer experience of my life. It's hard enough to have to take your car into the shop for anything, but when the people there are unkind, liars, and childish...it only adds insult to injury.
