we went to taylors to purchase a new, used vehicle since Moms van was totaled after being in accident. We met Gary first and walked around the lot with him one day and looked at vehicles, he was very friendly and knowledable, when we went back to test drive Gary introduced us to James and they had a list of vehicles we would like, we viewed them online first and then test drove the dodge journey, even with my 10 month old daughter along for the ride, mom loved it right away so started the process of buying. James was very friendly, funny, and very helpful.

Great experience!!! I was hesitant to try my car search here but a friend recommended them and I'm so glad I did! Right off the bat, Matt was there to see if I needed any help. He happily gave me space when I wanted to look around on my own. When I was ready for help, he was standing outside the main entrance so it was easy to find him. He was never pushy and patiently helpful as I test drove a couple vehicles since I was unsure of exactly what I wanted. I felt I could've test drove all of them and he would've happily obliged. The purchasing process is never fun but the whole team was very friendly and I could tell they cared about their customers. I was at Taylor's getting the oil changed in one of my cars. While waiting I visited with Mr. Taylor and when he found out that I had a 1997 pickup with very low mileage, he asked me if I would bring it in so that he could see it. I had been considering selling it as I no longer had any use for it. Due to sentimental reasons I was still hesitant to let it go. In the meantime I decided to take part in their Fall selling campaign and test drive a car for a chance to win some money. Matt Brinson volunteered to accompany me. While testing the car I told him that I also would want to trade an Oldsmobile that I had as well as the pickup. He indicated that he thought that it might be possible. He immediately started to make arrangements to have me bring in the pickup to have it appraised and after having that done. I discussed the possible value with Mr. Taylor and found that we were close on the pickup. Matt then helped me get the car there for appraisal and again we came close on our figures. I explained my financial position to them and they improved the deal to my satisfaction. During the arrangements Matt was there doing his job to make things go as smoothly as possible. I have purchased quite a few cars and trucks from dealers and have never had as non-confrontational dealings as with Taylor's. It was a real pleasure to do business with these folks.
