This dealership missed a leak in my A/C hose, which caused my A/C compressor to go out. I took it back to be repaired, and then was told that the wrong... part was replaced. When I called to ensure that the company was going to pay for my rental, I was yelled at by the GM. I have had to get corporate involved to get any help, and have still been extremely disappointed. As a single mother, I am very disappointed that I am now paying $700 (with corporate offered discount) because Nissan Oak Ridge missed a leak, and then replaced the wrong part.
I had several unpleasant experiences trying to buy a car before FINALLY finding Mark Hartsell at Oak Ridge Nissan. He got me everything we wanted and more!... We liked him so much that we decided to buy a second new car from him. He went out of his way to make sure we were extremely happy with everything including the cars, the colors, the accessories, and the payments. We couldn't have had a better experience. 5 star rating!!!!!! Won't deal with anyone but him and Oak Ridge Nissan. EXTREMELY SATISFIED!!! Have recommended him to all my friends!!! I would like to say that I had the best experience with Oak Ridge Nissan, and even after I purchased my vehicle I have still had great support. I contacted... Brady Jospeh today about a question I had, and he was so helpful and really listened to what I had to say, he was polite, respectful and curtious. When a dealership has an employee who shows they care about a customer even after the papers have been signed and dry, that is when you know you went to the right dealership. I am very happy with my new car, and the experience I have had with Oak Ridge Nissan. Everyone there was so nice to me and my husband and going into the deal, we knew we were upside down on our SUV, but they still made my dream of owning a new car a reality. I could not be more happy with my new car, and I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who made my dream a reality, and thank you Brady Joseph for being so helpful today. If more people treated customers how you do, then they would have more repeat customers. Thanks again for your help and kindness today. I have this in black and white because I will be taking my approval check from the bank elsewhere and telling everyone I know to avoid this place.

I just purchased a new 2015 Nissan Frontier from Kenny Christillo. I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Kenny was very professional... and really worked hard to get exactly what I wanted. Selection on the Frontier are a bit slim this time of year and I literally ended up with exactly what I wanted. Kenny did not mind doing the foot work to meet my needs and wants. I have bought a lot of new vehicles starting in 1978 and this was honestly the most pleasant experience I have ever had. Josh was very efficient and the long drawn out process was streamlined to the point that it was quick and done. Josh also handles the Internet Sales as Internet Sales Manager in addition to his financial duties. So, you would not be remiss in giving Josh a shot as well. Scott Grupp runs a great ship and even if it takes you a bit longer than ten minutes to get there from where you live, it is definitely worth the drive to Oak Ridge Nissan.
