Let me start by saying I don't particularly enjoy the process of buying a vehicle regardless of what dealership is involved. I am 60 years old and have... been thru this process many times. No matter where you buy your new car, keep in mind that a car dealership operates on a profit, as every business does. Therefore no dealer is going to sell a car for less than they have in it. My best advice is to be informed. Research the vehicle you are interested in, check prices in surrounding areas, be realistic on what you can afford, and know your credit score before you begin the buying process. The dealership wants to sell you a car with a reasonable profit, and you want to buy a car at a fair price. All the employees I dealt with at Oak Ridge Nissan were extremely professional. I did not experience any hard sell tactics, and absolutely no indication of any dishonest practices. In fact, I left the dealership without buying a vehicle on my first trip, and returned the next day to purchase. I was not badgered with phone calls as some dealers do prior to my return. As I have said, all the employees I dealt with were very professional, Toby Miller (sales consultant), Mark Hartsell (sales manager), and Gary Beeler (finance manager). I am certain that if you are professional in your negotiations, your buying experience will be as painless as mine was. With all the above being said, this was the best new car buying experience I have been involved in. I would recommend Oak Ridge Nissan to my colleagues, and will visit them again when its time for my next vehicle.
Watch out for Newpaper ads saying you have a won a prize. DON'T BELIEVE IT. Went next Day after purchase and they wouldn't take Car back and return My... Trade in Car
Awesome service with Doug Philpot and the entire team at Oakridge Nissan. Would definitely recommend going here are doing business. It was such a smooth... experience. They was awesome. We are repeat customers and we will definitely be going back.
BUYER BEWARE.....Before deciding to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, I read and reviewed all reviews. All I could find were great and fantastic... results. I found this quite odd and sounding way too good. All I can say without going into long details that lasted over a week, this was the worst experience in my 35 years purchasing a vehicle. I was made promises and then incentives that I never ask for due to poor work ethics. Mark Hartsel could not tell the truth if his life depended on it. He told lies and and made promises he couldn’t keep. The man couldn’t even return a call that he promised for 2 days. Then after a week, I went into the dealership just to get answers and speak with the owner(Scott Grapp) Frankie which I thought was a sincere and genuine person showed me that he was actually the guy to keep me from speaking with Scott. This dealership was trying to keep me away from Scott with every effort possible. Frankie had me fooled til the very end. He had me sign all the paperwork that should have been signed a week prior. This was to cover their butt. Frankie was very slick in his process of ensuring to fix the salesman and Marks mistakes. They had no intention of letting me know their mistakes and definitely not letting me get to speak with Scott on how his business is ran. So hopefully Scott takes the time to look over the reviews and get with me and have a nice meeting with myself and all individuals involved. Mark always bragged how great he was and what he could do, he bragged on the volume of sales that this dealership done. I can definitely see that. However what I never seen or heard was the quality of dealership this was. I have been very vague in what I am writing due to the fact it would take several days to write this. So with everything said here is be careful, have everything in writing before you begin, stay far away from Mark and be careful if Frankie is ever involved. If he’s called in, he’s trying to fix something and cover it up so they don’t get into any trouble. I can honestly say, I’ve always written great reviews about my experiences and this is only the 2nd one I’ve ever written. To everyone who was involved in this matter....you should be ashamed of your behaviors. I know I’m completely disgusted with the disrespect that my wife and myself were treated with. Scott, if you are reading this and would like text proving everything I’ve have written here, you can look up my account where I came in. It’s under Phillip Cox. My wife was there on 10/12 and I was there on 10/19/2019 after I flew in from Chicago. This was supposed to have been a Birthday present for my wife. This proved to be the worst idea and experience I had trying to surprise my wife. Also, my customer review posting keeps getting deleted which is the reason for all the 5 star reviews.

Bee was wonderful! He worked hard to make sure I got what I wanted and made the car buying experience great! Highly recommend Oakridge Nissan
Chris Blais was a great help. They worked with me and got me what I wanted. Great dealership. Good prices and hot deals. I bought an awesome 2019 Rogue.
Worked with RD Wilson on Nissan Pathfinder. Found on internet for great price. After confirming with Rd that I would qualify for discounts. I went to... dealership took test drive and started paperwork to purchase. That when things went bad price was $3000.00 higher than internet price. RD acted surprise had to get General Manager. Finally after several conversations about this I was told price on internet was mistake and price would not be honored. show one price to get you on door than charge deal. No integrity at this business
