Great buying experience

I had a great buying experience! The sales staff was very helpful in finding me the exact vehicle I was looking for. Financing was simple and quick. I would highly recommend!

Not very communicative.

Contacted through cars.com and got an email the next morning to say they was happy to assist. I wrote them back a few times and finally I said "is it still available?" She responded yes and that was the end of it. I asked for pictures and finally after 7 hours I just said emailed back forget it. Never had any luck with them. My dad however has always had a good experience.

MISLEADING AND UNTRUSTWORTHY

Jan-21: went to research for a new car and test drove a "leftover" new 2019 Genesis G70. Nice car and it was listed on their website at 38k. The "salesman" was a nice guy and said he could get the price much lower because they wanted to get it sold to make room for the 2021 models. He assured me that they would go much lower. He said he would work up the numbers and call me back. A WEEK goes by and no call. I called him and its, "Oh yeah, I have so busy; let me get back to ya." After another week - no call back. I drove over 55 miles from my home to where this "dealership" was located and spoke with another sales-guy who had intercepted me in the parking lot. He told me the first sales-guy was at the "other lot" and got the Sales Manager who told me the price was 40k. Wow, I mentioned it was listed at 38k on the website so the SMgr whips out his phone and shows me the price is now 39K on the website and that's FIRM. The Genesis is a great car and Genesis wants the customer to have a better experience at the dealership. This dealership make you feel as if you were at Billy-Bob's Used Car Lot where we wheel-n-deal. Sales doesn't call back and the Sales Manager is just old school sales tactics. I won't go back there. There are other dealerships and maybe I might find ONE who won't screw the customer with a One and Done. Rather than treating the customer as a SUCKER; why not try to get them to be a repeat customer. Perhaps you have to be a total BS artist to sell cars.

Terrible Place to Shop

They told me to come to pick a car up and sold it the next minute. Asked for only cash down and asked for a lot of u nessacasy items that were not needed

Did a great job in selling this f-150. He gave my wife and I what we wanted and was able to close the sale. Gave us all kind of options and made us feel comfortable. I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone looking for an excellent buying experience . Don Predmore
