    I have personally owned over 90 cars. I have never had a better car buying experience ever! Was treated as if I was valuable to them and that they genuinely wanted my business. Their integrity is unmatched anywhere! Couldnt beat the price either. I have nothing bad to say about them at all and they have earned my business for life. Nice job guys!

    No pressure. Helpful. Friendly. Three qualities I appreciate when dealing with a car dealer. Jimmy Yelland has restored my faith and trust in car salesmen. He was extremely helpful and truthful. I felt he honestly wanted to do what was best for us, not just sell us what he wanted. My last purchase was the second one with this dealership. I will probably be buying within the next year and will return to Gerry Wood Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge.

    Called and spoke to Josh smith and explained my situation and my credit and he assured me that they would take care of me. Went to the dealership and Bailey Thompson from the get go was extremely helpful and worked with us for four days until we got the van we wanted. Sales manager was great also. Always up front and truthful with us. Would recommend these guys anytime. GO SEE BAILEY AND THE TEAM AT GEEYWOOD

    The posted responses were not typical of my experience. I had a moment of weakness at a dealership outside of my home state. I was looking for a dealership to handle all of my service needs. I went to this dealership and point blank asked what type of service I would receive, seeing as I did not purchase my car at their dealership. My fist experience at 5,000 was wonderful. I felt as if for the first time in a long time I found a place to take my car that I felt confident about the service I would receive. My second experience at 10,000 miles startled me. I was told that my warranty that is supposed to cover my oil changes, does not cover the entire amount, just $50, that they, the dealership must lower their prices to satisfy this warranty coverage. I was told that my extended warranty would only cover $30 and they would not lower the rates even to $50 that I will have to pay the difference. My UCONNECT has not worked at all since I purchased the car. I was told to look at it would take all day and that if my car was drivable I could not have a loaner. Just because my car is drivable it does not mean it works correctly and even if it is drivable if the dealership has it, how can I drive it? During my startling second experience, Monica in service was condescending at best. After the berating conversation regarding my warranty. When asked if I wanted a free carwash, before I could even answer she said, "Of course you want the car wash, it's free." My response was, "Please do not make me mad at this dealership, please do not ruin this brand for me. I have loved Jeeps for 25+." I have owned four Jeeps over the last 25 years, two brand new, two used. As a matter if fact, I cried at the opportunity to trade my last one and decided to keep it in the family. I understand that due to my warranty, some of the things I have to have done to maintain said warranty are free, most are not. I also understand there is money to be made from my business, even with a new car. I have always been of the understanding that dealerships offer their kind, quality service based not upon your last purchase, but upon your next. We are in the market for another new vehicle and had already test drove a car. We will not be taking a vehicle back to Gerry Wood for service and we especially will not be buying a car from them.

    This dealership rocked. I want to thank the entire team for an awesome experience. I'm a Veteran and I felt that it was an just a good environment. I want to also personally thank Allan, Reese and Kyle. My son is 10 and when its time for the Jeep he wants, I will travel the 45 minutes to this team.
