This dealership has always taken great care of my car. They only do what really needs to be done. I can trust them and they never take advantage of me not knowing anything about cars. They are like family. Love this place. Would not go anywhere else.

Had my Subaru Crosstrek 60,000 mile check and was charged $ 50.00 for a courtesy ride home from a 7 hour service. They will not answer the phone or call back. I will not buy another car or have my current car serviced there. Their service rep are rude and out to over charge you for everything. Save money and find another Subaru dealership.

I have not used the service department because I just bought a brand new car. But the buying experience was exceptional. The sales person (Tyde) was wonderful. He was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. Tyde kept me well informed over the 2 months that it took to receive my new car. When my car arrived, Tyde spent a few hours going over everything about the car. I would highly recommend Subaru of Spokane because of the experience I had with Tyde. And because I love my new Subaru.
