I recently purchased a 2018 Ford Eco sport and my buying experience couldn't have been better. Dave was my salesman he answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. If I purchase another vehicle there, I will ask for Dave again for sure! Also, Vincent helped by replacing the windshield after it was discovered to have some scratches on it. Thank you Vinny. Buyer Beware: Your Right to An Inspection
Buyer Beware: Trying to negotiate an out of state deal. I was told by Sam, manager, that I was not allowed to bring my vehicle to an independent shop that is an ASE and Bosch certified Volvo mechanic. I was advised that I would have to use one of their mechanics or have an actual Volvo dealer look at the vehicle. Even their website states: "We can assist you with arranging an independent inspection". Clearly not the case.

We absolutely allow and encourage 3rd party inspections for out of state customers purchasing sight unseen. We do NOT offer in house inspections performed by our own mechanics. That is obviously not accurate! The reviewer was offered a referral to an independent inspection service that is not affiliated with our company but has been used by many previous customers. We also suggested the local Volvo dealership which is about 15 minutes away. We do not offer customers the opportunity to have vehicles inspected by independent mechanic shops unless they are within 15-20 minutes of our dealership because of the time it takes to deliver and pick up the vehicle.
