We had been looking at SUV's for sometime and compared several in the class of the Palisade. Hands down, there is not one SUV in the Palisade class that matches it for the money and the warranty. We spoke with Terry numerous times and she always notified us when new colors came in so we could look at them vs relying on viewing colors online. She was never pushy, always answered our questions and kept the communication where it needed to be.
