Unfortunately after I spent $25,000 on this van there are

Unfortunately after I spent $25,000 on this van there are lots of problems including multiple dash lights on one of which is the airbag light another is ABS light and all of these things should’ve been caught and fixed before the van was even saw and I even took the van into the dealer to have some of these lights work done and they told me to bring it back once all the other parts that I’m also waiting for it ordered because they want to do all the work at one time instead of fixing the lights and they can now to make the vehicle more safe. I’m not even sure if the parts that I need have been ordered because there is some parts I told my salesman about but in the meanwhile the dealer could at least fix the ABS light and fix the tire sensor light and they haven’t even offered to do that so I’m driving around in an unsafe vehicle. The salesman has not communicated to me any timeline for any of these parts of these repairs and when I brought the vehicle in to have them check out all the lights they only helped very minimally and they didn’t really give me any information and also the vehicle was never detailed it was never cleaned up before I had to drive it off. Also for some reason the salesman‘s only telling me that I can bring the vehicle in for two days to have a service at a very specific time which doesn’t make sense because your mechanics are there five days a week. So unfortunately I am very unhappy with the sale and then the lack of follow up on all these repairs which some of them should’ve been handled before the vehicle sold because I’m driving an unsafe vehicle.

They were friendly, professional, and fast.

They were friendly, professional, and fast. My appointment was at 2pm and by 4pm I was driving out in my new car. Very happy the awesome job they did.

Once the salesperson knew the deal was going to happen he

Once the salesperson knew the deal was going to happen he said, "lets get this done quick so you can get out of my hair". The car we bought was not detailed, or even at the dealership when we had a scheduled appointment. It had to be brought up from Tacoma. They tossed in a 'the check engine light came on so my mechanic says they would only give me $3000 for a sweet 2008 MDX with the entertainment package and tech package. I would never use them again.

Best car buying experience ever!

Best car buying experience ever! The car I had come to buy turned out to be a rebuilt title but I had no idea. This information was brought to my attention and they started calling all over to make sure I got the car I wanted. They literally found me one in a different town and I was squared away same day🙌🏾

Upon arrival I was greeted by Katim and Carlos.

Upon arrival I was greeted by Katim and Carlos. (No pressure) They brought me to Terrill who also no pressure and matter of fact told me what I was looking at with my payment and financing. Terrill was honest and straight forward. I was in and out so fast it was like I never even there. Because Terrill already did the hard part by finding a place to finance me! I would recommend this dealership to anyone! And will definitely be back when I am ready for my next vehicle!! If 10 stars were offered I would give a big 10;)
