They are great people. Went to the one in Tacoma. They are doing my daughters car and gave her a loaner as her car needs fixed for safety reasons! Kyle was victor are wonderful guess highly recommended them

bought a car there, transmission went bad after 6 mos. called them up and they said, "come on down, we'll take care of you." 4 hours later all I got was a salesman trying to sell me a more expensive vehicle - they assumed I was dumb enough to give them more money as I left the manager said, "let me get your email and phone number, we'll see if we can work something out." now it's 5 months later and of course, I was never contacted by anyone they will tell you what you want to hear and but they will never do what they say they will, or do what they are supposed to

Lou, I am sorry you had less than an exceptional experience working with us. I vaguely recall speaking to you when you came in. You had purchased a car several months prior and you were experiencing transmission issues with your car. Keep in mind, the vehicle you purchased was an inexpensive and high mileage car and you rejected purchasing the extended warranty that was offered to you. You had called us and asked if we could help, and while we were unable to offer free mechanical work in this circumstance due to the time transpired since you'd bought the car, we offered to fix it at our cost, which is substantially less than a retail mechanic would charge, or trade you out of the vehicle so you wouldn't have to worry about the repairs (you stated you needed reliable transportation asap). Please understand that we cannot guarantee that a car will never develop mechanical issues months and years after purchase, especially when the car is bought at an already higher mileage and sold at a price that reflects its use.
