I didn’t have to wait very long at all, maybe 30 minutes total for an oil lube and filter as well as tire rotation. Great service very pleased

My wait wasn’t long at all.
My wait wasn’t long at all. I am thankful for the coupons that I have received. Now that my husband is no longer here. I wish they would offer for someone to pick up my Cadillac when it needs an oil change or other maintenance

Took one hour and a half for an oil change.
Took one hour and a half for an oil change. I also wanted my headlight fixed but there was no time.

The personnel are always friendly and courteous, but I was disappointed in the handling of an issue with my trim on my Kia. It is fading horribly and I was told it wasn’t covered by warranty do to mileage. I contacted Kia directly and they were told by the dealership that it was outside factors causing the fade, which isn’t true because I am not the only one having this issue. If Kia doesn’t cover it that’s fine but don’t give two different reasons for it not being replaced without me having to pay 100% of the replacement cost. I do believe this should be a recall from Kia at this point. Serra is always great to work with. I will continue to use their services.
