Need to take it back in to have the codes cleared that came up on the display from having the battery disconnected I believe.
Great people to work with from sales to the business office, reasonable and forthcoming on trade-in's, warranties, etc.... Extremely quick and painless... process in purchasing a vehicle with them.
I came in to have the front brakes that were found worn out on the previous week's oil change. I felt the service work was performed in a timely manner.

I took my f150 there for a recall repair. Was first told that it would only take 30 min to do. Apron arrival the service told me it would take 2 hours.... AFTER 4 HOURS I finally got my truck back. And I had to go ask for it! VERY UNORGANIZED!

This review is for the service of an oil change-not the buying process of the vehicle. Purchased a used vehicle in Sept, signed up for the oil changes... at the Amato dealer where purchased. Things were ok when I got there, Techs greeted me and got my vehicle in right away. After an hour for an oil change was told I would need an air filter on a truck that was less than 3 months old to me.(Was told when I purchased it was new). I agreed to have it changed and brought up that it was purchased there and maybe they did not change it when they sold it. Was told it could have gone bad even if it was newly installed. We both knew this was not true. After another 20 min got my vehicle back only to have the service counter not be able to swipe my credit card. after 20 minutes of them on the phone while I stood at the counter trying to give them other options was finally able to give another card. Overall i think was way too long to sit for an oil change. I think my visit was handles very unprofessional and was a bit disappointing since the buying of the vehicle was a pretty good experience. I will be back since I did by the package for the oil changes and hope that this was just a one off to the service.

So I left a bad review, from a dealing experience i had with John AMato Ford. Well , I still bought the truck thru them, and the experience was above excellent!!!... They made good from a saleswoman and a general manager that went south from the beginning. Paul and Phath cleaned up the mess, and took care of me! Great people!!
Was willing to satisfy the customer even when there was a price discrepancy. Good people and nice place to do business. I would recommend this place... to others.
