First class dealer and people.

2012 Mini Cooper S- Maint Servi at Mini of Las Veg

Kent Hoopes III was the worse service advisor I ever had in this facility. I missed ? Kevin? who Is a very well trained & knowledgeable advisor. Kent overcharged me & didn?t complete the service I came for. Oil change service cost me some $180 and diagnostic check up about $200+

MINI of Las Vegas Engine repair

Great experience as always. When ever i need work done on my vehicle this is where i go. Great staff, with great customer service skills. They are very knowledgable and communicate clearly what is going on from car drop off to pick up. Professional work done by a professional team.
