    We found several cars we were interested in, online, at cars.com. We made inquiries, but Bryan was the most responsive. Since we lived out-of-state, we were unfamiliar with policies and procedures. Bryan was able to facilitate the purchase and financing. His caring and attention to detail made a great deal even better. Alexa, at the dealership, was able to complete the final paperwork in a timely and professional manner. All-in-all, we ended up with a car we truly love, at a very fair price, from a dealership we trust. We would not hesitate to do business with these folks again!

    My car engine malfunction light came on enroute to Vegas from LA I headed to this location hoping they could help (scared my car might explode on the drive back to LA) Shadow was awesome and they got my car repaired in a few hours with no booking - awesome 2 pints and some work emails over at the blue on tavern and it was some. Amazing service

    John Picard and Chris Uhles were absolutely the best. I have bought many cars and I have never had an experience like this. We came in twice to the dealership. The first time just getting information. We never felt rushed or pushed into buying the vehicle the same day. They were both very professional and courteous and I will highly recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family. A car purchase is the second highest purchase you make in your life and many car dealerships do not understand how to keep a customer for life. This dealership understands and trains their associates accordingly. Thank you both to John and Chris for an incredible experience. Please share this review with them.

    My 2007 Mini was brought in warranty work on the front passenger seat sensor that beeps when a passenger is sitting there and not using their seatbelt. This sensor often beeps when no one is sitting there and the solution is to attach the seat belt. I had a 7AM appointment and dropped the car off the previous day. About 9:30 or so service called and said their tech was investigating the problem. I don't live in Las Vegas, NV and can't stay in a hotel indefinitely waiting for the repair to be fixed. About 1PM I went to Mini to check on the repair. The car was sitting in the repair area and not being worked on. Service said they would check with the tech. Service replied the tech did not know what was wrong with it. We informed service of out situation and a polite argument about them not working on it commenced. Service said the tech needed more time to investigate the problem and I said they were no working on it. About 2:30PM the car was still not sitting in the lot and not being worked on. I took the car and left. Mini of Las Vegas, FAIL. If a car has a 7AM appointment, then work on it. Mine repair is always difficult to work with. The sun/moon roof hasn't worked for a few years and Mini won't fix it but offers to replace the whole roof for big $$$. Complaints have been made since the warranty was in effect. The radio display has crapped out. Work is best done by a non-mini mechanic. We went to Mini because of a recall letter. FAIL.
