I made an appointment at this dealership with Brianna to get an appraisal for my 11 year old trade and to test drive a used 2017 vehicle. I had already... done quite a bit of research, started shopping around, had my trade appraised by different places, and knew EXACTLY what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay based on what I have already seen from other dealerships. I also came in already qualified for an auto loan and committed to make my purchase in the next 2 weeks. Everything stared off well, Brianna is a pleasant person to speak to and seemed to be interested in selling me what I told her I wanted. The vehicle I test drove was the same model but a different trim from what I intended to buy. There were, however, several vehicles with the trims that I wanted ready to be shipped from different stores. It all went downhill fast after the test drive. We went back into Brianna’s office and she started pulling up vehicles, conveniently not finding the ones I wanted to buy. She then went to go get her manager, Rick, who immediately started pushing the new 2018 models. When I pushed back saying that I had already made up my mind and will be purchasing a 2017 because the money lost from depreciation is a big deal to me, they ended the appointment and tried to walk me out the door saying “we’ll keep an eye out for you” (yeah, right). Remember that I was getting a trade appraised? They hadn’t given me the keys or the trade-in value at this point. When I finally got my keys back, they wouldn’t give me the value of my trade because “we don’t buy cars outright, we only trade”. That’s fine, I came in for a TRADE-IN appraisal and didn’t want to just sell them my car. I insisted on seeing the trade-in value, simply out of curiosity. At this point, I was still willing to work with them to find the vehicle I want and to see what they can do, but they had already decided I wasn’t worth their time. After waiting quite a while, Rick comes back out, rudely shoves a piece of paper in my face without a word, and walks away. Little did they know, my 11 year old basic trade had previously appraised for $1500 and they were offering $2500. That $1000 would have made up for the difference in price compared to what Carvana (lowest price) was asking for the same vehicle. Had Brianna and Rick treated me like my business was worth their time, they could have easily made a sale. Because these people wanted to push the 2018’s, not sell me the 2017 model that I came in for, then treated me like I wasn’t worth their time when I stuck to my guns, they’ve lost my business.

Well before you buy a car there, do your homework. So you won't get beat up too bad. The salesman and the manager will beat you either on the trade, the... car or the interest rate . All 3 if they can. Do not refer a customer there either. Go to the next nearest Chrysler dealership. U have been warned.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TAKE YOUR JEEP HERE FOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!! Took my 2016 Jeep Wrangler in for a warranty repair and the work was not done on... it at all. It was making a ticking and clunking noise in the engine. Took it in at 9:30am and left it expecting a call with a diagnosis and expected time of repair. By noon, I had not heard anything. Made a call to service for an update. No one could answer the simple question of when my vehicle would be ready was told that the service tech would call me back. Waited 2 more hours and when no call was returned, my husband called to talk to the general manager and the only answer given was they are still working on it that they had to replace the valves. Around 4:45pm received a call from the tech to come pick up the vehicle that it was ready to go. Picked up the Jeep and never received any paperwork as to what was fully done to it they just handed me the keys. No one talked to me no one approached me to see what I was there for. They were just standing there talking with each other. This was all the end of June! Went back to Hendrick on Aug 5 to get a printout of what was done because the issue was still occurring but they have increased in severity. We were told that we needed to bring it back in to them and we were not comfortable doing so we were taking it for another opinion. According to the print out, the right side exhaust lifters collapsed and left side were noisy, they stated that they replaced lifters and rocker arms on exhaust side cylinder heads and replaced right/left valve cover gaskets and intake manifold gaskets due to noise in engine. Fast forward to today and I take it to another Chrysler dealership. Waited for the diagnostics to be done. Came back with camshaft intake/exhaust needing replaced,tappet valves needing replaced, arm valves needing replaced, and gaskets needing replaced on cylinder head cover and intake plenum! So What did Hendrick's service department really do? Will update when they have finished the work on Tuesday since some of the parts need to be ordered!

My experience here was superb. A nice young gentleman by the of John really helped me in my 2 two day process. After dropping my car off for the repair,... he made sure the shuttle for me to work on time, kept me informed as well as made sure I had a vehicle to drive for the remaining time. He made my experience pleasant and as I hope to not have to see them very often, if I do, I will return do to hit customer service.
