Hendrick Chrysler Jeep FIAT

I was hesitant to make a purchase when I found out my normal salesman, Jaime Rosa was at training, but Ryan was great! I'm 2 for 2 with salesman at Hendrick. He provided great service by answering my questions and working through options for me.

Went in for a recall. Started driving on 295. The steering wheel in my wrangler started shaking violently. I immediately stopped. The tech Did not bolt my steering wheel all the way back on. You could shake it easily. If you value safety. Stay clear. I thought I was going wreck. All because of an incompetent technician. This is all documented through the service record. Yes. They didn?t bolt my steering wheel on all the way. You can?t make this up?. Value your life or your families. Get your service elsewhere. I also feel that since the mechanic that worked on it originally was the one that had to repair it on the Saturday when I came back. I feel there was some retaliation for exposing the incompetence. There was a new scratch on the hood, a random trim screw in my cup holder and just little marks showing absolutely no respect to my vehicle. Avoid at all cost.

Carlington and Allison were very pleasant. It was a very smooth transaction. They helped me get my dream car. I love how they walk me theough the process slowly and clearly. The service they provided me was beyond compare!
