    Efficiency. I came in without an appointment and was taken care of quickly. Staff is always polite and helpful. Referred a friend to Used Cars and he... was highly impressed with the integrity and help.

    I had to come in without an appointment. I had been traveling back from Ohio when the alternator light started flickering. I drove straight to Metro,... explained my situation to Mary Peterson, and she was so very nice & very helpful. She got my car taken care of right away, even though I didn't have an appointment, and I was out of there in about an hour (maybe less) -- very important because I was exhausted from a 6-hour trip & still had errands to run. Great customer service!

    Mary Peterson is very pleasant to work with, and extremely helpful. She has been my service dep't. go-to person for a long time, and I have always thought... she was an excellent representative for Metro Toyota.

    I love Chuck's sense of humor. Great guy in customer service. He should get a big raise. Actually, all of the folks in customer service are great. ... They should all get raises. :))
