    When I thought having no credit and having chapter 7 bankruptcy just being discharged was going to keep me from behind the wheel,...Thanks to Prestige Auto Mall and mostly Mr. Shane Beers for every minute you took the time out to focus on me and my family needs. One call, one visit and I had a relief of stress. I went through dozens of dealers and only left empty handed and time wasted... I recommend this to everyone who's car shopping no matter where your at. I drove from Cleveland and every minute was well worth it.. The coffee was even warm¿ but Thanks Prestige.

    Drove an hour and a half to look at a car here. We felt like it was a decent price for the vehicle we wanted. I didn't appreciate some of the old sales tactics that they used....your car is complete crap, but we'll do you a favor by taking it off of your hands sort of thing. We liked the SUV so we moved forward. Ok process from there. Finished after hours and they told us they couldn't put gas in the car for us because that person left. So we left with 28 miles til empty. Sales guy promised a gas card and were excited about the car so no biggie. Our issues in a nutshell: -Drive home we found out the heat was not working. -Called 1st thing the next morning. Manager says bring it back in, we'll take care of it...inconvenience yes, but awesome that they were so quick to offer to fix it. -Drove back up...1 1/2 hrs. Service and manager tells me its a big fix like $500. Back to sales tactics..."we took your awful car for way more than we should have, we can't eat such a big cost." Sure whatever...the car has no heat...that's kind of a big deal. Our fault for not noticing on the test drive when we had a/c on, but still integrity would fix it...we owned the car for less than 15 minutes when we realized it and 10 hrs later they knew it too when they opened again. -So manager says " will you pay half?" I say no. He says well the part we need we can't get because the place is now closed after sitting for nearly 2 hours while they figure out what is wrong. -Says why don't you take it to your mechanic and let us know...super...wasted 5 hours of my life and gas for that diagnostic and answer. -My mechanic says its a $100 fix...back flush the heat and change out the cabin air filter and clean it up a bit. "By the way did you realize you are 50 miles til oil change is due?" No we didn't...ugh. -Called manager, he's shocked and relieved, and did mail us a check which is why I rated then as high as I did. It was a hassle and a run around, but they followed through and paid. -I have zero faith in their service shop and feel that their claim to not mark up vehicles is because they skimp on things like checking their vehicles thoroughly and making sure they are ready to drive without immediate maintenance required. End of the day, now that our mechanic gave it a once over and fixed a few issues...oh and we have heat...we do like the car we purchased. Just un wanted hassles with Prestige Auto Mall.

    Ok so first this is kind of long but bear with me??? This is my personal experience with Prestige Auto. Seen a nice 2015 Chrysler 200 w/ only 23K miles. I been looking for awhile now and the price seemed right, so I travel 2+hrs to get to Prestige auto. Got there drove the car and found some immediate issues with it (some small) including: Taillight out, front headlight out, interior dome light falling down, touchscreen didn???t function, oil needed changed, brakes shimmy when slowing down and it was dirty. So we were told that the screen needed only recalibrated and a dealer could do it. They then took the car in the back to fix the other issues. They bring the car out take a look at it and all they did was jam the dome light back in place (it started to fall down immediately ), they just reset the oil life monitor (didn???t change it), didn???t change the rear bulb, replaced the headlight bulb with the wrong one, and didn???t clean it worth a xxxx. My 4 year helps me detail cars better than these guys and fix them. Sent it back in for more cleaning and to look at the headlight and dome light. Comes back out and dome light had some adhesive on it and barely holding into place and they said they cannot replace the headlight bc they didn???t have one that would work and I would have to go to Chrysler. By this time I wanted to leave (against better judgement bought the car anyway and they stated that screen only needed calibrated and that the headlights they would pay for if we took it to a local dealer). So a week later now at the local dealer they tell me that the touch screen had been vandalized and punched and the headlights are aftermarket and been modified and then billed me for the diagnosis. Well I ended up fixing the headlight and rear light myself and talked to prestige on the touchscreen. They had no loaner car available, so I asked to send me a new touchscreen. I would put it in. They did and the first one didn???t work.. The plugs in the back didn???t match up to my old one??? so another few weeks and I get another screen. Got it in and now it needs a Chrysler dealer to program it (my local dealers didn???t want to hassle with it bc I didn???t buy it from them) so back to Ohio and go to a local Chrysler dealer near prestige auto. They fixed it finally and I have a car that is now working properly yes prestige payed for it, but this whole hassle took almost two months to straighten out, lots of phone calls, txts, and emails, and I never received to check to cover the bill for the local Chrysler dealer which I was promised. So in summary these people will feed you any line of BS to get you to buy the car and provide little support afterwards. There local mechanics I wouldn???t trust to build a potato gun.

    BEWARE!!!! FRAUD AND SCAM ALERT!!! They will tell you everything you want to hear to make a sale. I purchased a vehicle on may 2016.. as soon as I left the lot not even 10 mins later all kinds of check engine lights started to turn on . I tried to return the car and they told me not to that it is not a big issue they can have the car ready in about a week. it is now jan 2017 its been 8months they still have my car and its still not fix... I would call them everyday only to be told the car is at this shop or the other shop or with some other guy .. when I mentioned I was getting an attorney involved since it has been 8 months I was told by Arthur that they will not fix the car if I did so. definitely having my attorney involved I will see you all in court .......YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
