We bought a new Sedona in 2012. Have had wonderful service from the service department. Friendly, courteous individuals. One time witnessed the counter... person, from the service dept., help a stranded family with a special needs child. Unfortunately, I have also witnessed the counter people in the service dept. receive the bad side of a person who has had a bad day. Yet they remained calm and tried to help. The sales person that we have dealt with knows my "feelings" of what I think of 'car salesmen'. He does not fit in that category. We have fun joking with each other and he FINALLY was able to sell us a 2016 Sedona this month. He kept looking and working the numbers to keep our payments close to what we were paying for the 2012. The New Car Sales Manager was great to work with when the salesman we usually deal with was not there. The finance person was very thorough and was a great help. We have recommended others to "visit" the dealership on Washington Street as the people are great to work with. We are not sorry for "stopping by" to see what they had back in 2012. We have enjoyed our Sedona's.
1 they sold us a sedona that was supposedly only serviced in their shop. 2 It passed their inspection with bad e-brake which we found out when the ABS... malfunctioned . 3 the heap can not be alined properly and the fact that the passenger fender , bumper and headlight don"t line up leads to believe that it was in an accident and has frame damage . 4 One year after purchase we took it to be inspected and the lower control arm was rotted through . 5 We called them and asked why this wasn't caught during their inspection a year ago ,and why they put the wrong year brake caliper on it ( yes we have to buy two sets of rear pads ) they said we didn't know what we were talking about. They also said , "WHAT DO YOU EXPECT WHEN YOU BUY A USED VEHICLE" .
This was the first time I purchased a new car. The dealer - Adam - was very thorough in explaining all the options for purchasing & leasing. He gave us... a test drive without any pressure. He answered all our questions & provided a lot of information about the vehicle. He kept in touch with us as we thought things over but didn't push. When we were ready to make the purchase - he even came & brought the car to us so we could do the paperwork. The dealership itself is very clean & bright, the dealers are very friendly, well dressed & friendly with each other. I sensed no competition or animosity. The service is exceptional. They thoroughly detailed the car inside & out. They went over every button & whistle on it until we were comfortable. I really liked that they didn`t seem like we were bothering them - they took thie time to make sure we understood everything. They even scheduled the maintenance appointments for us. Overall I am extremely happy & impressed by this dealer & the vehicle - the KIA Soul+ and would definitely recommend both the vehicle & the dealership to others.
This is really a no-pressure dealership. The sales guy and finance guy were both great. They got me the best deal possible.
