Bought brand new 2019 ram promaster van high roof 2500
Bought brand new 2019 ram promaster van high roof 2500 in 2019 after dropping off van for recall on transmission for week went on vacation week later wondered why I never received a phone call on my work van . Called there said they were having problems with removing key and leaking transmission fluid when I drove it in there and never had any transmission fluid leaks .after extremely to many calls to Kory Warren and service manger no timely resolution. Saying having replacement of transmission from negligence of ther service technicians buyer beware no service after sale. Have ill equipped loner and no replacement transmission in sight .

Dropped off van that was purchased from York Chrysler for fiat corporation of America recall on 2019 Promaster on April 11 2024 week later with no communication what so ever began calling to find out where’s my truck I make my lively hood out of. Said wasn’t finished yet after repeated calls fell on death ears so drove down to dealership just to get ignored by service staff finally John Hughes being a smart choose to tell me you would think a business van would take priority . Which was funny because saleman talked up they even had guys work on them on the weekend. Of course after driving down there still no truck . After 2 more days of wait costing me dollars was told there technician by there incompetence bored holes in the case and a vechile I drove in there was not driving out they choose to close the casein the recall and are trying to get a new transmission which of course still waiting with no eta . That was April 11 2024 today is July 28 2024 so my 40000.00 vechile is on there lot unfitted for my trade there truck they lined me is basically stripped with no safe tank hold downs by department transportation regulations . Very poor customer service after sale buyer beware

Worst Experience EVER
NEVER go to this dealership. They are SNEAKY, SHADY, AND UNDERHANDED. Great example of why you always need to read the fine print. From out of state, I was looking at a used vehicle on their lot. Thought things were working out with the understanding that all things were done remotely. We settled on the price. After I reviewed the purchase agreement there was an extra charge on it. When I questioned it I was told "that's just how they do it" and I was told to pay the extra money for a warranty I didn't ask for and was never mentioned to me prior. Then I called back to speak with the General Manager and told him the deal was off because I felt like this was sneaky and underhanded. He then told me that it's their normal practice and everyone else if fine with it. I stated that just because it's "normal" it doesn't make it right and that's not how customers should be treated. He stated that we could agree to disagree.

My whole family at different times got our vehicles here starting with my mom. She wanted a 2016 dark blue jeep Cherokee with heated wheel and seats And with all the other fun toys. We tried local dodge dealers and was told we had to settle for what was on the lot. Well not with york. They found the exact jeep my mom wanted in ST Louis Missouri and even delivered it straight to our house with no extra cost. They did the best like seriously with customer service like that i don't mind the hour drive to know i will be treated well. Highly recommend from a happy family of york buyers.

Great Service from Caring People
We have been working with York for about 2 weeks now to find the right vehicle. we need to downgrade due to financial concerns and they have been working with us every step of the way to help us find the right vehicle and help us. specifically our saleswoman Amiriah has been super helpful. As well as the GM Kory Warren and their Finance Manager Bryce Toll. We haven't found the right vehicle yet but know we are in the right place to do so.

Over time car sales persons have been the brunt of jokes and disparaging remarks. Sometimes rightfully so, but NOT York!!! Of all the vehicles I have purchased my experience with York was the best ever!!! No games, no hidden agendas, no foolishness... just plain old fashioned honorable service with integrity!! My salesman Tony got me exactly what I wanted, was patient, kind, professional, and understanding. He answered all my questions and got the kind of information and financing I requested. There is nothing more I could have wanted! I am so pleased. I live in another state, but I promise I will buy future vehicles from York as well. What a turn about from recent poor experiences!!! I recently got a really good deal on a 2012 Ram 2500 diesel. Lacey did a great job and was very helpful over the phone. I bought the truck from 5 hours away and did a walk around using FaceTime. They are very accommodating and I would highly recommend using this dealership.
