    Sales person very rude. Extremely careless attitude. He acted as if he was doing me a favor. He rolled his eyes up when I asked to test drive. I would... never go there again. Please don't waste your time. I bought my car somewhere else in 2 days from a much better sales person and dealer. Also did not bother to give me exact directions even though I drove 90 minutes each way to reach the dealer. I called 3 times because the dealership is not visible from the street. Each time he almost hung up on me. The sales person I met was one of the most obnoxious human beings I have seen in many years. Their Ferrari cars are all parked in a showroom and if you want to test drive, it seems like they are ready to curse you because it is a lot of trouble to open all the doors to the showroom. Simple Question: Why do you even bother to try and sell your cars if you don't want anyone trying them out. Just lock up your pretty showroom and enjoy your cars from inside. No one needs to see your ugly behavior!

    I bought Bentley from this dealership. It was great until I bought the car. It was a horrendous experience. Registration was a nightmare and they had... my number plates and they never returned it to me. I called atleast 10 times. All they were trying to do was sell another car to me. They dont care once the car is sold. If you are looking to buy a car here, you are going to be ignored the moment you buy the car.

    My car has been in repair for the same issue twice (engine light). I was told that they do NOT have a loaner car program and they would pay for a rental... at enterprise (Nissan Sentra). This is unacceptable. These cars are unreliable and the customer needs improvement along with the type of replacement vehicle (Nissan sentra). Shame on you Maserati for treating your customers like this.

    Everything went smoothly. Just purchased a new Ghibli a few weeks ago. I love it. Professional service was provided. The whole team is kind and quick.... I put in online inquiry and they responded immediately and answered all of my questions. Further questions were returned with a quick call. I was never rushed during the delivery and my sales rep answered all of my questions regardless of the time. Best car buying experience I have ever had! Loved the customer service and the purchase.

    Worst dealer. Bought a Ferrari there years ago. Wanted to buy another new one and possibly also one they had for sale preowned. Sent emails. Left messages.... Even went in person. They never called back or followed up. Years ago they were good but all personnel from then are gone. New crew is useless there. Ended up buying two Ferrari's at another dealer two weeks later. Their loss. Now months later still never heard back from Central Jersey!

    Ryan Grant provided excellent customer service. Providing every bit of information requested, regarding my purchase of a pre-owned 911. Details of previous... owner care was honest, provided with additional backup information as support. You cannot go wrong, dealing with this top notch team.
