Placed a request to this dealer twice regarding a car advertised on Cars.com. Never got a reply so went to their site, could not find car just gave up. Found car elsewhere.

B & D prides itself on being a friendly, "no high-pressure" dealership and in that regard the reputation is well-deserved. The salesman was very friendly and invited me to take the car I was looking at for a drive. I generally liked the car and was interested in buying it but was not particularly pleased with the trade offer made on my trade in (at which the salesman didn't even look). I appreciate that they didn't try to "hammer-close" a sale but I expected perhaps a little more interest in trying to sell me a car than what was shown.

This group is the most honest and caring I have ever had the experience to deal with. A car bought from them ended up with a head gasket problem that was covered up by the previous owner with stop leak. Unfortunately it leaked after we bought the car. I put front brakes, a starter and a thermostat in the car (it was 13 years old) before the head gasket issue. I contacted the dealership, asking if they could repair the gasket if I bought the parts. To my amazement, they called me and offered to refund my purchase amount. The real kicker is they paid me back for the starter, the brakes, and the thermostat. I cannot recommend this dealership enought. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
