So it seems I may be a bit impatient and jumped the gun! I recently wrote a review for maximum auto search titles "very disappointed" on the 10th. I hadn't gotten a call back in almost a week and wasn't too happy. However, hours after I wrote the review and even before cars.com posted it, I spoke to Kevin in service. Kevin had just spoke with the GM Micah Lewis about my issue, which was my recent purchase needed an expensive repair, over $2,000 that wasn't covered under the warrant I purchased through them. Mr. Lewis authorized Kevin to help me out, and they were willing to cover the majority of the repair, possibly even losing money to do the repair to keep me as a customer. I am very grateful for the help I received with this frustrating problem! I would definitely recommend them! Just maybe be a bit more patient than me :)

Please read this in it's entirety. (9 visits due to poor inspections / quality control) First went to test drive a 2004 Toyota 4Runner. After the test drive, we discussed adding some options to the vehicle. 3" lift kit, and tires, to be worked into the total cost of the car. (1st visit) I return the next day, and have to speak to another salesman. We shake on an agreed price. The salesman had no idea what the car was worth. He then goes back into his office, comes out and says, "that car is worth way more than this, theres no other car listed with that low of mileage in the state". He then goes on to give me a story about how the car is in the shop getting worked on, and that he wasn't sure if the work had been completed, etc. etc. I was furious. (2nd visit) I come back the next day, to discuss with ^^ this guys brother about what we had discussed the first day. We come to an agreed price, adjusting the price to also include a 3" lift kit, and new tires. Along with, the 'we owe' sheet about how I'd like safety issues, seat buttons, new floor mats, and rear wiper blade fixed. (3rd visit) I came back a week and a half later to pick up the car. Not too happy about the long wait, but I understand. I get there, the vehicle is filthy. Nothing on the 'we owe' sheet is complete. There's no floor mats in the vehicle. [Mind you, I had already sold my car, therefore I decided to drive the car home] They review the 'we owe' sheet and say that it is going to take some time to get the parts in. (4th visit) I make the trip down there, for the 5th time. I was promised for it to be detailed. All the things on the 'we owe' sheet included. I come back a couple of hours later. The guy at the service shop says their 'land rover' rim detailer was here and cleaned the rims. [which he hadn't]. They didn't even touch the car. The push button that was to be fixed, was barely put on. The vehicle mats are filthy. They promised the custom fit Toyota mats that come with the vehicle. It still looks like crap. (5th visit) At this point, I'm super annoyed. Upset that I have even purchased the car from these salesman. By far the worst customer service I've ever received. So, summer comes around. The weather get's warm. (2 months later) I turn on the A/C, doesn't work. The vehicle needs to be recharged. Mind you, it takes me 1.5 weeks to get ahold of anyone that will actually help me. This is after calling day after day. (6th visit) In all reality, it really comes to a grand total of (8 visits). Since I had to have the vehicle worked on twice now. Furthermore, I go and get my first oil change today. I get the report back that the cv joints on the front two tires are leaking. I get a quote of about $650 to replace the joint and get new cv axles. I call them 4 times today. Try to get an appointment, and nothing. Hopefully, they will make it right. But honestly, I'm tired of trying to call them to get things fixed. This will now be the (9th time) visiting their dealership. If I even get ahold of them. This is seriously the last straw. From the research I've done, they installed the lift kit incorrectly, therefore tearing the gasket around the cv joint. There's oil all over the joints. More than anything the experience has wasted my time. The experience has been less than enjoyable. They have proved to me more than once that they don't do any sort of inspection on their vehicles prior to sending them out. They have proven more than once that they are incompetent as an auto dealer. No one does QC to ensure things are complete. I live 30-40 minutes away. Driving there and back, I have wasted over 11 hours driving to and from this dealership to try and make things right. I would not recommend Maximum Auto Search to anyone purchasing a vehicle. I thought buying a used vehicle from a dealership would be the 'safe' thing to do. I would take my chances with a true Toyota dealership, or even go w

Everything went as usual until we were walking out the door and handed one key for our car. I was told there was only one key and that I could go to the Honda dealer and purchase a second one. This I felt was very unprofessional and uncaring. I explained when we turned our trade in we gave them two keys. They offered to have a new key made if we brought it back to the dealer. I explained this would be very inconvenient as we lived in the Springs. The manager told me they would call the Honda dealer in the Springs and they would pay to have the key made. This seemed ok, but we haven't heard from them since and numerous calls to the dealer have gone unanswered. Make sure you have two keys before you leave. Impression is once out the door you're history. It seems they did it to another person also. Very shoddy!!!!

This dealer totally misrepresented a GMC 2500HD pickup on a long distance sale. Even though a video tour was performed, areas of concern were not brought out or identified. Upon delivery, it was found that the front bumper was so scratched up it had to be replaced, the front corner of the bed required weld repair, there was a star crack in the windshield, the chrome on the grille was peeling, and to top it off, the color advertised was not the correct color of the vehicle. I have contacted the salesman, sales manager and owner but have not received any communication back, I would not recommend this auto dealership to anyone.
