Ishak is very unprofessional. I was unsatisfied with some things I tried to inform him of and he was very rude, used very poor language, and when I decided... it was enough and I was going to leave he proceeded to follow me as I was walking out of the dealership continuing to yell at me with all kinds of profanity including use of racial terms. I'd highly recommend no one to ever shop at a store that is being run by Mike Ishak.

Great customer service provided to us by Harold. He was extremely helpful in getting us in the price range we wanted. Great deals at this dealership we... didn't find elsewhere and nice features on cars they had. They even sent us a box of cookies a couple weeks after purchase!
My fiance and I came to this dealership due to reviews. All and all they're pretty good. But when it came to a credit check to be able to be put into the... truck we wanted. We were told we had too low of a credit score(which is not the case), and on top of that. They only checked him credit with him being primary, but me being a co-signer they should've checked mine too, and never did. They turned us away for false information, and due to that I don't think we'll be back to this dealership again any time soon, if ever.
Harold was very helpful and was a blessing. He helped us every step of the way in our vehicle purchase and shiwed us that Great customer service is still... out there in this world. We loved the service he provided so much we were back within two weeks to buy a second vehicle.

My daughter's van was purchased 14 days ago and has been in your shop for the past 9 days. Nothing but a run around. Lack of Customer Service and professionalism....

Features of new vehicle were not reviewed, but this was a replacement for Grand Cherokee. Finance manager did not get the lien holders name on the title... application. The bank left two messages and did not receive a return call. They called me to let me know why the loan pending a title application with bank' being named as lien holder. I called to check on status and it was determined the finance manager was off today and he was the only one that could correct it. I was told by the receptionist that she sent him an e-mail so he could correct the title application.
