David Machado was great in helping me work out what I
David Machado was great in helping me work out what I needed to have done and I had the option to not do everything. And he helped me out with a discount. This was very helpful since I was out of pocket for this repair. My part had to be ordered and he was able to expedite it quickly, so I had my car back on Friday and before the weekend.

I have been a customer for over 15 years, and during that
I have been a customer for over 15 years, and during that time, I have had only two bad experiences. On this visit, every aspect was on the money, except the wait time. Two hours for an oil change was too long, especially with only two vehicles in front of mine. I did notice three employees sitting/standing around the service bay desk on their phones. I was unsure if they were on their break, but my truck was on the lift with no one around it or working on it.
