After previewing dealers lot for a vehicle and doing a test drive...Actual time spent on the approval---financing---and all the administrative paperwork------- ABOUT AN HOUR. Bing bang and a boom. Very professional yet laid back and not pushy. Jeff Hayden - professional, courteous, and fun. A very good salesperson. I do not have the best credit. Had to let my old truck go and change over to something that doesn't cost too much in fuel. Long commute from home to work. Prius is very accommodating. Overall, good experience at the dealership through the whole process. Jayce has been pretty helpful. Happy with my new purchase.
