When you need them they are unavailable. Bobby Hensley will promise you one thing and fail to follow through. They left my door unlocked overnight and... my truck had tools stolen from it and now Summit refuses to place a claim through their insurance company. Mine won’t proceed until they receive a letter from their insurance good bad or in different. And Bob also won’t release the name of the insurance company for a claim to even be placed. Isn’t this the same as being involved in a hit and run? That’s what it feels like.
Lied to my face when told they would look into my situation. Promised one thing, no follow through for the problem. I’ve heard from others they were trouble... to deal with and it has proven to be the case.
This is by far the best Jeep dealership! Was on a Sunday drive and honestly did not plan on buying a Jeep, let alone two!!! Decided to speak with Ryan... McCullock, who came out to greet us. Due to his very personable sales approach, we decided to check on numbers which led us to two purchases that we are very happy with. We can't say enough about how Ryan handled everything and helped us in every way he could. Also a huge thank you to Adam and Jeff!!!

This was the last straw , it’s been nothing but headaches trying to get anything covered by warranty. hole in the seam by of perforated leather passenger seat, was there when i got it. but they denied the claim initially stating we ripped the seat. we also continue to have issues with the medial and u connect system , radio won’t hold presets and key fobs don’t hold the memory setting for each driver . bottom line is that the difference between a good dealership and a great dealership is how they treat you after the sale. No support whatsoever , take your money somewhere else, who cares how much you save if you don’t have any support after the sale ??
I bought a new truck and after i got it home i realized that they changed the tires on it . Took new ones off it and put half used ones on it . Nice... pay all kinds of money for a new truck and u get half worn tires on it . Russell
Haven't purchased yet but Adam was upfront and personable. I appreciate businesses that are upfront about fees and willing to work with customers. Will... see how things go.

I have to say I've been a little reserved on car dealerships due to most just being too pushy. Not Summit!! I found a car online and requested more information... on a Friday. Haleigh contacted me right off letting me know it was available and could I stop by to fill out a credit application. I explained that I was two hours away and driving that distance without knowing I'd qualify didn't really interest me. She said it wasn't a problem and supplied me with a link to apply online. Saturday I received a call and an email from Jeff (which I missed) letting me know he had great news for me. On Sunday I received a call from PJ checking to see if I was still interested in the online car because there was another buyer. Due to me not getting back to them until Monday the car did sell. Which no fault on their part they went above and beyond to reach me before selling. I finally called back on Monday and spoke with PJ who assured me if I could stop in they would get me into a newer, nicer vehicle than the one I looked at online and still keep me in my affordable price range. So, Monday morning myself, husband, and daughter jumped in the car and headed the 2 hours to Summit. We were greeted and offered drinks while he went to get PJ. PJ already had two vehicles picked out in my price range. One I knew I wouldn't like and the other I test drove. Didn't really like the one I test drove. So, we were allowed to walk around the lot ON OUR OWN and see if something caught my eye. Once around the lot and there it was, the one! Mind you the price was about double what I was looking for but PJ assured me if this was the car I WANTED he would keep me in my monthly payment range. PJ got the key, opened it all up and explained all the features to us, handed me the key and told me to "Go take it for a ride and fall in love with it" I truly did!! After returning he took some time and plugged away at my information returning with a disappointing look on his face and said "You've got the car" The best part, he kept it in my monthly affordable price range and I left there in a vehicle I absolutely love. These guys are friendly, fun, and very easy to talk to and they really are out to get you what you want. During the signing PJ sent the car with Nick who washed it, detailed it, and fill the tank full of gas. I received a free care package with everything to keep my vehicle beautiful looking. Yesterday Adam contacted me to see if he could help at all with the process of getting the insurance binder to them and to ask how things were going and if we were happy with our purchase. He was very polite and wanted me to know if there was anything I needed or questioned to give him a call. I left Summit with a full and happy heart and to get the follow up call from Adam letting us know to call him anytime for anything was reassuring that we bought from the right place. PJ's work was above and beyond what I think most salesmen would have done. Thank you all for the best car buying experience of my life!! Highly recommending SUMMIT and their staff to anyone looking for a new vehicle!! Thank you all!

I will start by saying I had been to other dealerships the day before I walked into the Summit and had been told that there wasn't a way to get everything... I wanted. The minute my sister and I got out of our vehicle the salesman was there to greet us even though it was raining. I told him my story about being upside down on my lease and being over the total limited miles and what vehicle I wanted. Ryan McCullock was this young salesman's name, he said that I would not be leaving without the vehicle I wanted. He and his sales mgr., Jeff Kofoed worked on several different approaches....we talked and laughed telling stories and then Jeff wanted to try one more way before we left.....I am happy to say that I did indeed drive my dream ride home, on a Sunday no less when other sales reps said they would have to wait until Monday to get the correct numbers, these two men got the job done and got the payment where it needed to be. I will definately go back !!! And I will also tell everyone I know that if you want your car sale to go smooth, have a little fun go to The Summit in Brattleboro, VT!!! They really made us feel at home and explained everything from paperwork to how everything works in the vehicle....THANK YOU GUYS!!!!! BTW....I only knew their last names because I took some of their business cards to hand out to my friends....LOL, my memory isn't that good :-)....
