    We had our experience during their event at the Hampton Coliseum. They had several used cars from all of their locations. Once you found a vehicle you were interested in, you had to go inside and work with that particular store. We had the best salesman ever. We went over what our goals were as far as payments were concerned even though we were a little flexible on terms. After a couple back and forth typical offers, Tiffany came over to help try to negotiate the deal. She was the most condescending and rude person imaginable. After explaining the same payment goals to her, she went back to try to put numbers together. She come back with another option far from what we expressed. Then, she tells us she was done playing games and walks away. She was extremely unprofessional! However, due to the awesome salesman, we were still able to work out a deal with a different Casey location. In fact, it went so well, we were able to buy a new vehicle at Casey Honda versus the used vehicle at Casey BMW. My suggestion is to stay away from Casey BMW as long as you still see Tiffany as part of their team on their website. She truly believes she sits on the tallest pedestal overlooking you and anyone else she encounters.

    I had to get my vehicle towed to casey bmw because it wouldn't start one day and the service advisor Corey called me and told me I had water damage leaking in my trunk to my battery and corroded my battery cable for a period of time. So he immediately told me to call my insurance company and file a claim. So I did and he told me the cost to fix my car was about $5000. I went back and forth with the insurance company trying to get them to pay it and I kept getting denied. So I was left with no vehicle for 3 weeks. The service dept at Casey had my vehicle sitting outside like it was so much wrong with it and they were telling me all the water was coming in because of a piece of moulding in the trunk. So finally I decided to just pay to get it towed to another dealership because I wasn't paying $5000. I was so upset and pissed that Corey put me through all that for 3 weeks when I got my vehicle fixed for about $600. Now my vehicle is back working great. I will never go to this Dealer again for maintenance. They are trying to get over on customers and insurance company's. That is not right!

    Thankyou for your response but my car got fixed in 3 days by another dealer. The issue is more than just the waste of time with no vehicle to drive, why were they trying to get over on me by charging $5000 For a job that cost me $600 at the other dealer??? That's a big difference in money.

    I have owned 24 new BMWs over the past 40 years and I know a lot about the cars and the type of service you should receive. I live in Chesapeake. On a Saturday night around 11pm. I went on the Casey website and left my contact information, and called the number. I was really surprised when I got a call back within FIVE MINUTES. I talked to Chris Lane . He was extremely helpful and found the car that met my needs at a fair price. I went to the dealership and met him and was thoroughly impressed. Although he is young ( maybe I am getting old ), he was very professional and knows the BMW product line. I always ask a "knowledge" question to see if it is answered correctly, he answered it accurately. The process went smoothly and he respected my time. The sales manager Lloyd Howell is very easy to talk with and very helpful. I highly recommend Chris and Casey BMW. It is well worth the drive.
